What Students Say

Likes

Infrastructure is quite good.Campus is large enough.Laboratories are also well equipped.
Seminars and workshops are organised more often.

Dislikes

Placements are not really good. College don't pay attention to it as much .
Classes are conducted regularly but teaching is not good enough to attend all the classes.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course seems quite similar to MBBS but not that vast and tough .If you are interested in human physiology and diseases, biomedical sciences is a good choice as a field for research. Semester exams are conducted every three months along with tests in between .

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 16000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Cost of education is okay. Examination fee is charged for every semester which is ?2000 . Hostel facility is not available in this college so lodging is a bit expensive. Scholarships are provided to students on different criteria.

Campus Life

Lesser fest are organised and that too not very grand. Annual fest , Srijan is organised every year. Other departmental fests are also organised. Books are available in library but not very accessible because major books you'll require are issued only for a day. So its not very helpful.

Admission

Eligibility is 12th passed in PCB subjects.Admission is taken through CUET exams. Application form can be accessed through nta.nic.in .This exam is conducted once in a year. Reservations are for different categories like sc,sc,obc and pwd .

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio is fine as of now. We have multiple teachers teaching same subjects.Faculty is helpful but teaching can be improved. Gathering study material is rather a tedious task in this college.Teachers don't provide a proper study material and library facilities are also not upto mark.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. As I am in the 1st year only so I don't have any information about the companies visited & the number of offers made. I also don't have any information about the highest and the average package as per the company and the profiles offered. I don't know the percentage of students getting placements in my college. My plan after getting the degree is complete a cybersecurity course and do some bug bounty programs.

I opt this course (Bsc hons chemistry) because it is easy as compared to others like physics or maths . The teaching method of allmost all the teachers is good . The frequency and timings of the exams acc to me is not so bad there is enough time to attempt all the questions in the exam.

Infosys, Deloitte, TCS, amazon and many companies are give placements 800000 higest package of my college and 200000 is average package of my college. Only 10 to 20 percent student get placed I plan after completing my bachelor's degree take admission for masters degree
