Course Curriculum Overview :

I want to become a computer engineer so I chose the course. As this is a diploma we are more focused on the practical aspect of what we are learning. There are a lot of practicals for each of the aubjects that we are learning. There can be some improvements in the teaching methods though. The exams are not that of an issue. We have 2 sem exams in one year. One is midsem and other is finals of that year. Then each sem we have two class tests. And 1 practical exam of each subject. The exams are moderately difficult.

Internships Opportunities :

As such I am not aware of the internship opportunities . But there are a lot of opportunities for diploma passouts as well as even more opportunities for college graduates. There are a few projects as well as interviews you have to pass to get clarified in the task.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are different fee structure for sc st obc and open students and also exonomically weaker students. The students who are eligible for scholarship can opt for a scholarship and take benifits in the fees payment. As such I don't know of any campus employment schemes in place.

Campus Life :

The overall campus life is awsome. The college is situated near mountains so the winter and rainy seasons are the best to be in the college. There are a lot of festivals and fairs that happen in the college. The most prominent is the annual festival called bahaar. There is a huge library from which students can take any books they want easily. There is a smart board in classroom or in some there is a projector. As such I don't know of any sports curriculum in the college. No student run social groups

Admission :

I am not very sure about the eligiblity of the course. For me as I was an early admission in the first round . The cutoff was around 86 percent. I didn't gave any entrance exams. I got admission based on the board exams marks. More of the admission process can be taken oine as to make it easy for the studnets.

Faculty :

The facult to student ratio is wonderful. It's somewhere between 1:60. We can easily ask our doubts to our teachers without any hesitation. All the faculty members are highly educated and have a very hands on teaching approach.
