  • The Irregularities in the timings of the classes and also the lack of punctuality in the faculty members. We wasted our hours in waiting for the teacher and suddenly we get to know that there is no class. Miscommunicated tudents missed their classes
  • The canteen provided a very limited list of food items. Many of these were just Fast foods like samosa, maggie, kurkure, noodles etc. The students who came from hostel required a healthy food like daal chawal, roti-sabzi at least in college canteen.

Course Curriculum Overview :

B.Ed is a professional degree course that provides you an insight in the process of teaching-learning process of the classroom. I enhances the capabilities of a person to express his/her views and ideas in an aesthetic manners. At this time, there is a demand of efficient teachers and trainers to polish the inner calibre of each student with love and affection. B.Ed made me understand why a teachers needs to be grounded and humble. It allows your student to be comfortable for asking the doubts and attaining more confidence. We used to attend 2 Internal exams in each semester that made the course quite exhausting.

Internships Opportunities :

Teaching Internship under B.Ed programme - Unpaid I attended this internship. It was a rigorous internship, required lots of efforts and hardwork. ADM Welfare Society is a group which is active for providing internships and Job Opportunities to the students.

Placement Experience :

Generally there are not specified records of placements. The students of commerce department get placed through the Internship Opportunities that come to our college. For other departments there are skill based programs and personality enhancement training that can contribute in increasing the calibre of students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

UP B.Ed scholarship (for residents of UP) - Amount13000 per year NSP (National Scholarship Pragramme) - amount as you paid to the college on receipt UP scholarship for Other courses - Amount based on the expenditure of the course Classwise scholarship for 2 candidate of the class , who belonged to the weakest economic status. - Amount -2000 My complete expenditure for this course in college was 32000. Apart from this I used to pay 5500 for my monthly hostel charges. College hostel was so expensive that I couldn't afford to stay there. (89000 for 2 semesters) Hence I opted for a hostel outside. I got to attend a Teaching Internship through B.Ed programme as a part of the curriculum but it was unpaid and so rigorous , required lots of efforts.

Admission :

I appeared for BHU B.Ed entrance through CUET PG conducted by NTA. I scored 216 in the index. The admission process was systematic in manner. I got an email for confirming my seat in Seal Allocation of BHU B.Ed in VCW ( Vasanta College For Women). After Confirming it , I got the message to make the fee payment for admission in the programme, through the online portal of Student admission in BHU ucanapply website. After paying the fee I got the admission letter and the date of offline counselling was mentioned in that letter. List of documents that I had to take with me was also mentioned. I appeared for the offline counselling in the college and got verified my documents. And just after a Week I got the class schedule and the invite for Induction Programme.

Faculty :

1:3 is the general teacher-student ratio in my class. Teachers were cooperative and understanding towards the weak and needy students. They applied individualized measures to meet the requirements of the various students. We felt free to enter the staff room and clear our doubts regarding the academics.

Other Applied Colleges

It's good only for English medium students as well who are unmarried because there is so much pressure related to curriculum, activity, and Hindi medium student does not get good scoring here. Satyam should not take admission for Hindi medium student.
