- Marking patterns could be better. Their Relative Marking Pattern may not work for everyone.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Curriculum was great and as per industry demands. They keep updating the curriculum every year through meetings of Students and Corporate Advisory Board. Practical subjects like R, and SPSS makes it more relavent.
Internships Opportunities :
So I went to Walt Disney for the internship but honestly it's rare to get! And college won't help you with finding the internship at all. So be prepared to find it on your own. They will help guide you for the same.
Placement Experience :
Typically from 5th semester onwards placement starts. Most companies offer sales roles. And you can expect average package to be around 4 LPA. Generally in my batch mostly student who wanted to go in the sales role got the placement. Others planned to go for Higher Degrees.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
So my fees were 32500, but I got a 30% scholarship. And I think through CUCET, which is their entrance test, you can easily get the at least some percentage of scholarship. Also scholarships are available on your 10th and 12th Marks.
Campus Life :
Campus Life is really great, every year they have CUFEST, which is their yearly fest. Except that every other day they have something happening and celebrities visit here quite often. So the campus life is so vibrant. Also, the Infrastructure is great so whether it be your hostel time or your study time at the library you will love it. They have a newly built library which is absolutely awesome. Except that sports facilities are available for most of sports and they have very good coaches for them. You can get into the University team and represent the university on a national level. Department clubs are there and Except that DCPC (Department of Career Planning and Development is there to upskill you).
Hostel Facilities :
They have AC and non-ACs AC both kinds of rooms. I had opted for non-AC room but they had cooling ducts in them as well. And except that you get almira, study table and chair. So overall rooms are quite big, and airy. The meal is also good. They keep updating the menu every 15 days. At least register for hostels and if you're getting the hostel go for it. I would suggest going to Zakir Hostels only. In NC hostel rooms are quite small.
Admission :
Eligibility is simple, just 50%+ marks are required. But scholarship there is an entrance test or you can get it on basis of your 10th, 12th score as well. There are some defence rschoalrship and reservation is also available.
Faculty :
The faculty was quite good. They offer good pays so faculty was really good. And Faculty to Student Ratio was good as well. You can anytime get in touch with the faculty, they're always happy to help you.
