It is the Newest and fastest growing NIT in India. The 1st thing I liked is beautiful campus of this NIT
It has modern and very amazing infrastructure, because it is new you can enjoy extraordinary campus life.

Dislikes

As it is new, it is in its developing state,so you have to compromise in some fields like lawn tennis court is now going to construct.
They are not giving any sports equipment to normal guys

Course Curriculum Overview :

According to me, you choose this department only when if you would like the electrical subject, as it little bit boring subject. Also at this time computer science has very good scope in future, so choose wisely. EEE also has bright future because we shifting from mechenical to electrical.

WHEN ANY COMPANY COME FOR GIVING JOB THEY ASKS FOR WORK EXPIRIENCE SO WE NEED TO DO INTERNSHIPS. FOR THAT THERE ARE MANY COMPANIES LIKE WIPRO, BHAIL, ETC. OFFERS INTENSHIPS.THERE ARE MANY COMPANIES WHICH GIVE YOU STIPEND WHILE SOME CHARGES FOR INTERSHIPS LIKE ISRO DRDO ETC.

Placement Experience :

PARTICULARLY IN EEE DEPARTMENT THERE IS PLACEMENT PERCENTAGE OF 100% . THE AVERAGE PACKAGE FROM OUR DEPARTMENT IS 8.15 LPA WHILE THE HIGHEST IS 19 LPA. WHILE THE OVERALL PLACEMENT PERCENTAGE IS 85%. HIGHEST PACKAGE FROM OUR COLLEGE IS 47 LPA AND AVERAGE PACKAGE IS 9 LPA.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

NIT AP has total fee of 7.5 lakhs incliding hostel, no problem NIT AP has various scolership, which elps you to pay the course fees. first of for the backward classes like SC and ST, there is rule of 100% scholership on the the tution fee, while for OBC and EWS, fee two-third fees remmison is there. IN EEE department employment percentage is of 100%, which is a good employment oppertunity.

Campus Life :

IN NIT AP THER ARE THREE FESTS NAMELY VULCANZY, TECHKRIYA, MATRABHASHA DIWAS. STUDENT ENJOY REALLY DURING THESE FESTIVALS. WE ALSO HAVE TO 2 FLOORED LIBRARY AND SO MUCH BOOKS WHICH CAN HELP YOU IN YOUR ACADEMICS WORK. WE ALSO HAVE SO MUCH EXTRACARICULAR ACTIVITIES LIKE INTER NIT, NPL ETC.

Hostel Facilities :

WE HAVE A VERY GOOD HOSTEL FACILITIES. THERE IS 10 BOYS HOSTEL AND 4 GIRLS HOSTEL. FACULTIES HAVE DIFFERENT ACCOMODATIONS. IN FIRST YEAR STUDENTS GOT ROOM WITH OCCUPANCY OF FOUR STUDENTS. WHILE IN 2ND YEAR STUDENTS GET 2 SEATER ROOMS. 3RD AND 4TH YEAR STUDENTS GET SINGLE SEATER ROOM. AT THE TIME OF PHYSICAL REPORTING YOU NEED TO GO TO HOSTEL OFFICE FOR HOSTEL REGISTRATION.

Hostel Fee : INR 240000 per year

Admission :

FOR THE ADMISSION PROCEDURE WE NEED TO GIVE THE JEE MAINS EXAM AND ATLEAST 75% IN 12TH BOARDS EXAMINATIONS. IN JEE MAINS YOU NEED TO SCORE ATLEAST 95 %ile TO GET THIS COLLEGE AND FOR CSE YOU NEED TO SCORE ATLEAST 99 %ile. ADMISSION WILL TAKES PLACE THROUGH JOSSA COUNCLING AND YOU GET COLLEGE ACCORDING TO YOUR BRANCH

Faculty :

The faculties of EEE department are very friendly. The faculty to student ratio is 3 to 50. But the faculties are very strict in there academic work. they giving marks very misely in each exam,we need to manage our study hour perfectly because EEE department has huge syllabus. and we need to put alot effort in scoring 8.5 CGPA.

Always don't focus on placements and select the college. Search for college which concentrate on co-curricular and other technical activities.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from the final year 1st semester. TCS and Accenture are the major recruiters, followed by Deloitte, Cognizant, and MuSigma. TCS and Accenture were selected by almost 1000 students from all the branches. The highest package offered is Microsoft which is 10L and the Average salary is 3.36L for the System Engineer role. 80% of students usually get placed in the first 8 months and the remaining 10% get placed by end of the course. My plan is to go for an MBA after a prior experience.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement training is for different sections is there. for that also we have to pay a certain amount which is 8000, So those companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, TeChmahindra, Genpact, Capgemini, Mphasis, HCl, ETC. The highest package is a fresher 7 LPA. Minimum package 3 LPA and few 2.6 depends upon roles. 60- 65 % percent of people will be in place. I want to work as a software engineer at Capgemini.
