Its nice. My ambition was to become doctor. So i choose this. Its littile hard to study and work this all stuffs. But gradually it will okay. We need some hand skill for it. Otherwise we should work hard to grasp it

The course is five and half years. The last one year is house surgeancy. We can earn about 25 thousand per month. It is given as stiphemt. We also have pg admisson there. They have two to three seats for each department

For this course its around 21000 per annum.we should pay 12000 as pta fund when we joint the college. It is non refundable. We get some scholarships as per our caste or category. E grants is also there

That was nice. We also have extra caricular programmes. They conduct various tournaments. They also provide social messages. We celebrate environmental day, anti tobacco day, aids day etc. To motivate the people

Hostel Facilities

There is no hostel for ladies. We are stay in a private hostel. There we give 6000 rupees per month. The mess cut will provide only if we cut the mess for more than five days. The food average. We stay in jainagar Road L14 house

Admission

The eligibility is plus two with 40% minimum mark. We should clarify the neet entrance exam. In 2023 the cutoff for bds was around 570 in thrivanathapuram dental college. This is for general category.

The professors are talented. Thay always make a bond with students. We also have mentor menti system for interaction. So students can interact their menti any time when they need. How ever some teachers will keep a distance. They always restrict us

Course Curriculum Overview:

No one tells you the dark side of the course or even if they do little do we understand..this course is never as expected..it requires a lot of patience,and strength to hold on yourself when the whole campus is against you and you have to work as a one man army. it's just powerpoint presentation and reading it aloud in class and it's done...it we who have to work. There are 2-3 internal exam but none of these marks are considered for the last University exam...it's all what we score for the final exam..there's another model exam then lots of small tests

Remarks:

Good college to learn from but the management is very expensive and not very supportive but otherwise good faculty where we can learn if we try to. Good inpatient count so we get to have better experience and our quota forces us to do more.
