Course Curriculum Overview :

As we know that computer science and engineering is the best department in every college but in asansol engineering college electronic and communication engineering is the best department.all departments are good almost in every department placement occures .but I think improvement needed in attendance.

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 90000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internship oppertunities are less in our college .but if you have a good skill in your department then you get internship.intership company are Accenture,Wipro etc.if you have a good project with your skill then it is a plus point. project is very important for placement as well as internship

Placement Experience :

After the 6th semester students are eligible for placement .the companies visited in our college are TCS, cognizant,Wipro ,infoysis,Accenture etc.Highest package of 2024 is 24lpa and average is 3.5lpa.almost 75 to 80 percent students are getting placed in each year .

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

When I came in this college the tuition fees are 420000 for four year now I am third year student from this year fees is increased by 300000. So sudden fees increase that is not good .the other compulsory amount is exam fees which is 1200 in per semester.for campus enjoyment fest occurs and some technical functions like model making competition also occurs.

Campus Life :

My overall campus life are good .because I am hosteler and hostel is full of fun .in our college hardware club ,robotics club and rhetoric club are also exist.this clubs are osm for student .Students can learn very much by this club .in this club hardware club are most hardworking club.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel fees are 16500 in per semester and mess fees are 3000 .in hostel facility light ,water,wifi are included but the food are very nonhygenic very bad for our health .in college nearest locality govindpur there is many pgs for girls and boys

Hostel Fee : INR 33000 per year

Admission :

Admission process are conduct through a wbjee or jee mains.direct admission is also occurs but need donation which is high .in WB jee if ranks are under 20000 then you get computer science.reservation is available for tfw who has the residential of west bengal .I think accounts section need improvement.

Faculty :

Faculty members are very cooperative specially in electronic and communication engineering department faculty member are very proactive for their work they really do hardwork for student . electronic and communication engineering department is the best department and also strict department in our college and the teacher is also very strict but talk with friendly.

Review of IEM Kolkata, a strict Engineering College.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for the placements after the sixth semester. The companies that generally visit us for placements are TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, Oracle, IBM and some other ones. The highest package offered through last years is 22 Lacs Per Annum and on average it is 4-5 LPA. 90% students on average get placed Every year. My plans after getting the Degree is to pursue Freelancing Full Time and Become a Web Designer.

Review of Maulana Kalam Azad University of Technology, WB written by current students

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year students are eligible for campus placement. Companies including Infosys, TCS, Wipro, etc. have visited here with an average of 6 lakhs per annum offered. The highest package was 31 lakh from Amazon. Almost everyone gets placement here but a very low package. I plan to get an off-campus placement after getting the degree.

Good Placements

Placement Experience:

We become eligible from the later part of the third year to sit for the placements as the companies arrive then. Mainly placements are dependent on service-based companies like TCS, CTS, Wipro e.t.c. who mass recruits a whole lot of students with standard 3.5 to 4 LPA packages. Product-based companies like Oracle, Amazon, and trilogy too visited the campus. Oracle recruited a few of the candidates, Amazon too but nobody could clear the trilogy's OA rounds. Oracle offered a package of 15lpa and Amazon around 22 LPA. But a lot of students applied off campus and the highest placement off campus was 72 LPA in Google. The placement percentage is nearly 100% which is mainly due to the fact of service-based companies. I too am interested in IT jobs so am preparing for the same.
