Here hostels are very nice and well maintained. They used to clean our rooms on daily purpose and this was the best thing about my college and also infrastructure is very good and here season add more beauty to this campus.
here the mess food is very good comparatively and hygienic. Also the research facilities are very good

Dislikes

here the internship opportunity is not that good for core people.
during our time the placements is not going good due to recession but the placement is generally good

Course Curriculum Overview :

Here curriculum is very well planed. But the exams happens regularly so the frequency should be less. Altough once we able to handle all things we will be able to handle all situations in our life. They dont give holidays, atmost one on religious day but they provide 2.5 monthes holiday on summer time and 1 month on wintertime.

Class Size : 84Course Fees : INR 125000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

to get internship you need to do more projects to impress the companies. generally internships are only for Electrical and Computer science students only . Comapnies like google, goldman sachs, TI, Analog devices, NVIDIA and many more.

Placement Experience :

For core electrical there are 6 companies coming for internship and for placement almost all good companies come here. But to get the placement you need to get good skills and 8+ C.P.I. . And also you can get research internship .

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For B.Tech students there is a internship program in the campus itself during summertime and they pay the students for this. And for SC/ST the tuition fees are reimbursed. And for EWS there is fees according to their family salary. And total fees for 4 years is 12,00,000 in total.

Campus Life :

Here campus life is really good and all the cultural clubs and technological club are opened to all if you are interested then you can get into the club. Also we have a lot of events happens in the campus like Fluxus, MUN, TEDx, and many more.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facility is best comaparative to other IITs and one of the best mess. But here the night canteen is very tasty and cost friendly. Registration is done using JOSAA counselling. For PHd students there is day scholar facility also.

Hostel Fee : INR 10000 per year

Admission :

You have to crack jee mains and then jee advance with some good rank. I got 2678 rank in my jee advance and 99.91 percentile in jee mains. If the person is SC/ST then just passing mark would be enough but try to go with general category because it gives you a good confidnece

Faculty :

Here, the faculty members are very good if you pay attention to the classes but some TAs (teacher assistant) are not that good. Faculties are available for you if ask him through mail. Specially our DUGC is very good professor for electrical engineers. I love their dedication over lectures but sometimes it really gets boring if you don't like the subject.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate is more than average even in this bad market and recession period for every company or sector and the average package is like 6-7 LPA and companies like Deloitte, Amazon,TCS, Yash technology,47 billion technologies, etc. visit every year for the placement and highest package for last year was 14 LPA as per my knowledge and a good ratio of students were got placed. My plans after getting the degree are to pursue higher studies if I don't get placed in a good company or a suitable profile and have some startup ideas and things in mind too.

Good but not Bad

Placement Experience:

From the 4th semester student can apply for internships and for placement student should be in 5th semester of his or her college life. There's very difficulties in getting placed by the company because few of the company comes to college and very fewer gets placed. So student must develop the skills on their own and apply for off campus selection. More than 8.5 cgpa for average package and more than 9 cgpa is required for a good company... I'm planning to give upsc exams after graduation

The technology related college

Placement Experience:

7 th semester where students gets there first company around 25-30 it and MNCs come and around 50 to 60 sells companies comes to recruit. Highest package is 27 lpa and average is 16 lpa and 80% placement offers my plan is to secure a great position in respected company.

IES,IPS ACADEMY ( a good choice )

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester for the campus placements. Many of the companies visits our college like Wipro,tcs etc. As of my addmission time the highest package from our same branch is 44LPA and I think 2 peoples got that and on that time average package is of 8 LPA. My plan after getting this degree is to work over the problems of the people which can be solved with the use of technology.
