Course Curriculum Overview :

I regret choosing the particular course in the particular college. They didn't offer any sort of placement or any sort of internship. I had to leave the specific field then. They could definitely improve in the areas of practicals and teaching styles.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The scholarships were only provided to girls that too were provided by the government. There were no other scholarships as such. The annual fee was too cheap. I paid like 6k for the entire course. But the facilities were also according to the fees only. the furniture were bad and so were the toilet and lab facalities.

Campus Life :

the social life is good at college but there is a mix of all type of people in the college. it's up to you whether you get into a good influence or a bad one. Physical sports, music, and dance have a good chance and exposure over there. but you would not find other kind of societies.

Admission :

You need to score minimum of 65% in the board PCB subjects. they conduct a regional cutoff which is expected to go as low as 75%. Yes there are special seats for the reserved community. The exams are held in every two months mid sem and end sem.

Faculty :

the faculty members were qualified to a good extent but still, their teaching skills were below average where they were found to be least interactive and indulging. there was no career counseling. the geology department was good but the other departments were very poor.

To pass the exam student must secure 40% which is not so difficult.

Placement Experience:

Generally, in the 3rd-4th semester, students become eligible for campus placements, company recruitments and training start early on. There are literally more than 3 dozen companies recruiting in Shoolini and they have an offer and chances for everyone. About 80-85% of students were easily able to secure placements.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placement from their second to last semester. In my course, many well known companies like Cipla, Biocon and Serum Institute of India come to the university for placements. Of the students who appear in the placement interviews, about 60-80% get placed. The package provided is around 2.5-3.5 lakhs as per my knowledge. After getting my bachelor's degree, I have plans to enrol myself in a master's degree after which I shall get my PhD from a reputed institution.
