- The infrastructure is really well built and spacious
- Faculty is helpful and respectful to students

- The canteen is quite small to hold the crowd during lunch
- Some washrooms are unuseable due to the unhygienic conditions
Course Curriculum Overview :
Firstly a government institution is always better because it's highly affordable and carries benefits for future reference Secondly about Bethune it's already a prestigious institution under CU so it's not that easy to get in If you have the chance to study here take my advice get admission here Exams are conducted with great security they questions are made with the knowledge given to us so if you can study well then good for you
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Being a govt institution tuition fee will never go up anyway until the government wants it whatsoever If you opt for pol sci hons it will be ?1811 for 1st year rest course go around this range up or down but not sky high They provide government scholarships and benefits like Kanyashree student credit cards ayikyashree oasis The amount comes around ?25000 for one time grant
Campus Life :
AALAP is the college fest it's great and of course really enjoyable The library is well functional the librarians are really nice and friendly Classrooms are spacious and well equipped with books There is no union here no ragging the seniors are friendly and nice which is really rare in most of the colleges Students participate in NNS cell where they help the society
Admission :
You'll have to score 55% to be able to fill out the form and then based on the merit list you'll be selected but keep in mind your score should be above 80% because Bethune is a highly demanding college and as far as my knowledge goes only toppers study here and I am not joking at all I have friends who are West Bengal rankers so be thankful if you get your chance here
Faculty :
They are helpful and respectful to every student They are willing to help you out in every situation Not all teachers are friendly but they will help you out for sure if you need Interaction is limited to what we need the teacher for or for any kind of notice apart from that the teachers are never bothered by your personal life or our outlook which is really nice especially in a all girls college
