  • It can be hectic sometimes but yes it's all in balance once you have settled

Course Curriculum Overview :

The detailed curriculum ok the website had me hooked onto the course. Students can check that before applying. Since second year one intership is compulsory for my course which wilk be really beneficial I am in communication studies which includes all the aspects from creative writing to journalism. Which is really a 360 coverage for many job opportunities.

Internships Opportunities :

In my stream the intership is available in various media companies whether for writing content or editing or print media. It is related to your respected stream and the course you're into the most. It's often smooth.

Placement Experience :

The career prospects is mentioned with the details of the course on the website. The Hindu and Tata consultancy services being the most prominent recruiters along with Myntra and many more. Last year the student placement percentage was 98% on campus. After third year you're eligible for campus placements.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are financial aid available and everything is mentioned in the prospectus. Mostly they are sponsered by the staff or sponsors. The fees is petty decent compared to other colleges. My one semester fees is 64,400.

Campus Life :

The infrastructure is really amazing the campus is very calm in itself. Their is a sports day organised every year. The classrooms are well equipped. There are many student club to choose from and amazing the cul-ah is one of the prominent fest and the auditorium is really big .

Admission :

The application form is available on the website of the College. You can check the application process and apply. After the application you'll be notified for an entrance test or just interview or both. You'll receive the call for interview and it's pretty quick and easy. The application fees this year was Rs. 400/-. The application process is very smooth only the duration for fee payment is very short. So it's better to prepare the fund before hand or call and inform the college the way you prefer to pay the fees.

Faculty :

The teachers are very friendly and amazing. The faculty is really good. The bond students share with professors are school like with is really amazing. The teaching approach is top-notch. It follows sep where all the courses are of 3 years which is really amazing as they have internship too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum and syllabus are pretty thorough and let students think and be creative. In psychology, multiple theories have been discussed well and projects based on them are given to make the understanding better. The lab classes play an important role since we get first-hand experience with how experiments are conducted, and they tend to give a deeper understanding of the topic being studied. I chose this course because I was interested in the subject, and the classes strengthened this decision of mine. The teaching methods can be a bit more interactive and while frequent quizzes and discussions do occur, certain parts of the subject need a more extensive explanation, and usually extra emphasis is not given to important topics. We have one mid-semester exam and one end-semester exam. According to me, these exams are enough to help students prepare. The difficulty level has got to be very subjective. I find some topics harder than others and that influences my grades.
