Course Curriculum Overview :

First i am going to tell you that I am a history student and some of my professors are historian they published many research papers so if they tought me it's very helpful for me because it's going to help me in my PhD thesis. In 1st and 2nd semester you have to read about the things that are in syllabus but in 3rd and 4th semester you have to choose your awn paper. If I have to tell about improvement in syllabus I am going to tell that they have to improve science and tech related things in history like how it's started what are the reasons behind it etc. The timing of exams are very good you get 3 hours for 60 marks exam and for 40 marks you have to submit your assignments or professors may conduct a test , it's depend on them

Internships Opportunities :

University of Hyderabad does not provide any proper placement for school of social science and school of humanities students , you can get only one opportunity by getting admission in foreign universities because they provide proper guidance and help the students in their terms paper writing.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tuition fee increases every year by 200 rupee, In 2023 I payed 7400 for tuition fee and 3500 for hostel and mess charge, you have to pay 3000 after every semester (hostel fees included) and 2500 for mess every month . You can get your MA degree by paying only 15 to 18 thousands in 2 years There is a DAG scholarship provided by university that is 1000/month and you can also get national scholarships. Placement cell of the university is not so good in school of social science.

Campus Life :

There are many annual festivals or events held by university or student union like in the month of March 3 days of sukoon festival is happen and also kereliyam , ugadi , bihar diwas , Milap etc like festivals are happen in university and these fests are conducted by students of the university . There are many club in the university like Vanguard, Nischay ( civil service society) reading circle etc are in the campus

Admission :

If you are from general category you have to secure 60% in your graduation and you have to paas CUET exam that is conducted by NTA the cutoff in 2023 is around 190/400 for general category and little low for others category students, if you are sc, st or OBC student you can get reservations benefit there , admission process are so good you can get same day hostel in university that I like the most.

Faculty :

All faculty members did there well qualified and the did their PHD from either in indian universities or from foreign universities, they provide mentorship to every student and they guide the students properly also you can go to their chamber if you have any problem regarding any thing.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Cource curriculum would depend on individual professors and yet they follow certain common pattern. I think regularly having assignments and internal examination keeps student on the track. Helps to appreciate the course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because passion for literature, a desire to improve my writing and communication skills, and to prepare for a career in teaching, publishing, language, and literature. The faculty was good well experienced many teachers have completed MA, MSc, and Ph.D. in their subject. The ratio is 1:30. One Teacher for 30 students. Exams will be conducted every 6 months, we have 2 semesters for a year and also we have internals for every semester. It was not that difficult to pass.

The course curriculum is overall good as it is divided into 4 semesters and the course content is not so heavy so it can be easily cracked by just studying a few days before the exam. Moreover, the faculty-to-student ratio is 1:50.
