- The most likely things at the university includes the campus, its placements, different facilities like library, study rooms, hostela, playgrounds etc.
- It has also been the most liked University all over odisha. It is the creation of the britishers. Since then, the university is gaining fame and name in all fields of education and co curricular activities.
Dislikes
- Nothing to dislike about the university as it has each and every scipe included in it.
- The roads inside the campusbare bit scrambled, otherwise overall situation is best enough.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The university has world renowned courses which are bieng studied in the university. The course structure is designed in such a fantastic manner which helps the students in capturing the subject with a greater ease. Along with that the perfect form of study material are also available at the library for the ease of the students at any moment 24*7
Internships Opportunities :
In the second year of each and every course available, the university provides varios companies and firms to do internship and training so that when the course gets over, the students may get experience and working practice which would help them in future operations and management of work.
Placement Experience :
Placement is the live blood of the university. Maximum of th3 best ranking students get the placements at renowned companies like godrej bosch, hotachi, wipro, Infosys, TCS, Tata, mahindra etc. I'm planning for best placement after my degree.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The course fees is well designed by the govt in accordance with the policies of the education department. The cost of normal bachlor and masters course ranges from 2000 to 2500 per year for non practical subjects. For practical subjects it ranges between 3000 to 3500 including lab fees.
Campus Life :
The campus is well designes and student friendly having facilities of wi fi and other new facilities. Inter University, inter state and national level tournament are held there l. Players go to national events form the university. Social groups like NCC, NSS, SCOUT plantation camps etc are run by students.
Hostel Facilities :
The Ravenshaw University has 5-7 hostels in and outside the campus. Namely East, West, New PG, Lalitgiri, etc and many more. The hostels have heaters, inductions, wi fi facilities along eith that the most best thing is quality food.
Admission :
For the process of bachlors admission the cut offs were sky high as it is the best university of odisha naturally ranging from 98 to 85 per cent per course. But in case of masters, different entrances are bieng conducted state wide along with which ranks are taken out for the admission process.
Faculty :
The teachers in the university are well educated and highly qualified, having a high context of knowledge sharing and caring. The interaction of teachers with the students are lik le their own children. Giving opportunity to app children in each and every aspect of life. Encourage people yo take part in different co curricular activities etc.
Interview Experience :
While the companies come for the selection of campus, students are meade run theough many mock GD PI sessions for better understanding and practice . For which it makes each and every student easy to get placed in the organisation and give a positive result in GD PI AND INTERVIEWS.
