Course Curriculum Overview :

Practical based approach of the curriculum because of of NEP is good. Curriculum includes industrial processes and performing of practicals for every discipline. NEP is new shift from CBCS the older setting is difficult due to less availability of new courses. Exams held after each semester and one mid semester exam.

Class Size : 30Course Fees : INR 40000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tuition fee now is around 13k per year also students can apply for scholarships and schemes where they can avail for fee deduction. Complete cost comes around total 40k for the total course. Scholarships for girls and SC/ST regional scholarships EWS scholarships Vice Chancellor aids are also given to students. Vice Chancellor internship gives students chances to perform and work in an industry to gain experience.

Campus Life :

There are around 70 colleges affiliated in the university and every college has their separate clubs and societies run by students. There are separate circuits for theatre music dance and debate which includes all the society member of different colleges. Sports complex and facility is huge. University possess huge stadium and Olympic size courts for inter University and inter college competitions. Classrooms of most of the colleges are up to date and laboratories are up to mark.

Admission :

Eligibility of the course is 12th pass in science and have to appear for CUET exam. CUET exam is held every year once. Admission portal of the university needs to be updated as huge traffic occurse sometimes in the site.

Faculty :

Student to faculty ration differs from course to course but mostly it's around 20:1. Faculties are highly qualified from premier institute of the country and have several publications. Mentor mentee programmes reduces the student teacher ratio to 5:1.

Gargi college university of delhi review

Placement Experience:

In DU you can get placement but for only bcom. There is negligible placement opportunities for the students of science background. But after completing the degree you can go for research and teaching feild and other competitive exams.

I like my college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am a botany student in my view the course is very nice although sometimes seems to be boring but we can relate to our environment and know more about plant world.like we can identify what plant is this how we can grow it the suitable climate and region for it. One can also become a scientist my knowing the nomenclature and naming a plant.

Placement Experience:

Placements here are just awesome as they offer an average package of about 7-10 lpa but here most of the roles are slightly bent over the analyst role which means that more analyst roles are offered than others.

In the 3rd year students become eligible for campus placements . There are around 100 companies that visit to recruit students from the college . Few of them are Wipro , Taj group , Mother dairy , Deloitte , ITC , Cars 24 , Accenture etc .

Remarks:
