The first thing about DOC which is nice is that the faculty there is really good. The teachers are really experienced and hard working. The classes are not just theoretical but also practical.
The campus is really nice. The atmosphere around has everything a student needs.

Dislikes

Lacks in co-curriculum activities, there are events but very less.
Can improve the infrastructure a bit. The buildings are really old and need renovation.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is best if you want to go for teaching jobs in commerce field. You can also be benefited from this course if you are giving government jobs like bank jobs, etc. Helps you know the practical things out there in the economy.

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 13000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees is really minimal i.e. 13000/ year. Also, talking about the financial assistance and scholarships ,DU has always been student- friendly. The students won't feel much financial pressure. Also, there are really good campus placements making the college outstand.

Campus Life :

T he campus Life is awesome here in DU. You have various societies, clubs which enhances your other talents. The societies help you grow and groom. Various opportunities are provided through them and helps you make a career in it if you are interested.

Admission :

The admission process is really flexible. You can apply for DU colleges online itself. You won't need to move here and there, everything is online which makes the admission process really flexible. Also, you need to take CUET exams for taking admissions and the cutoffs are different for various colleges. Talking about the top tier colleges, the cutoff is around 200+/300 and for the second tier colleges 150+ would be enough.

Faculty :

The faculty members are really experienced. And they put in their 100% in teaching. The theory as well as practical part is taught well. The teachers are well prepared before their class. And make sure that each student participates in the class.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Teaching method is practical which helps student to learn easily they not beilieve in ratification. They prepare for the real world applications to do the jobs how to behave their and all. Teaching method is good enoug as the calss size is also small.

I had taken admission through merit list process.

Placement Experience:

IGNOU has the facility to provide internship and final placements not like as school of open learning. The companies that are coming in the campus for hiring are decent and average and provide enough package to the students.
