Remarks :

Care has a student friendly management, each and every requirement of the student is taken care by the management via Intranet complaint management portal.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course and curriculum is base on the AICET approved syllabus formed by Anna university. The curriculum is base relevant to the course but the it didn't keep phase with the advancing and fast moving industry. but as for as concepts concern the syllabus starts from level zero to all and every necessary concepts required for the course outcome.

Placement Experience :

Care college insists student attend internships, and they do have record and make sure every student attends internship, and necessary support is provided by the organisation to attend those internship. There is a dedicated Placement cell which arranges various type of placement drives for the students for final years and passed out students of the institution.

College Events :

Then college mostly concern the academics, if any event suggested by the student the management takes necessary arrangement for those event, other than that other events like annual day, symposium cultural are arranged by the organisation. This year the college cultural team have arranged an ethnic day on Ponagal(harvest festival)

Fee Structure And Facilities :

There are two different fee structure, students with merit admission through Anna university counselling usually pay 50k as tuition fee, and other students will be paying 80k as per the requirements offered by the organisation, other fee for hostel, transportation , and study material will be collected separately. Students eligible for scholarship can avail it on those fee.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes I have opt for Educational scholarship by Tamil Nadu government, the process was very smooth and transparent. The organisation regularly updates the student on the renewal process, and make sure the money reaches our Savings account.

Campus Life :

Care groups has a comfortable and elegant campus, the ambience will mesmerise every person in the campus, the gender ratio is about 2:1. The campus have dedicated events for both Academics and extra curricular activities. The campus equipped with all required lab facility for academics and research is available. for sports we have a dedicated sports room and ground with equipment for games like cricket, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, carom, hand ball...

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes care have a alumni network, and every year care organises an annual reunion event to interact with their juniors followed by a celebration. Care also arrange dedicated placement drives for alumni.

Admission :

I got into college via Anna University Counselling process, based on the +2 cut off marks, I gate admission in this college. After counselling process, the college admission process, happened inside the campus, the first sight of the struck my eye with its awesome architecture. The admission process and counselling dates were on the month of may and june.

Faculty :

The faculty in Care group of institution is of decent standard, This campus is a student friendly campus, each and every requirement of the student is addressed and taken care by the faculty of the organisation. Every year faculty of the college is assed by the student and necessary inputs a delivered to the faculty.

Students starting placed from their last semester. Reputed companies gave an offer. Like tcs, Accenture, Infosys, etc. The highest package will be 60k and minimum 25k. 98% got placed before completing the degree. 55% above is the minimum for placement if you want to be placed in a high package of salary Job.

Admission:

I got the Admission in this college based on 12th marks and Jee main. i got Jee main score of 130 and 12th marks of 95%. so based on this they will ready a common Merit list and publish the All India ranks. based on your AIR , you will be called for counseling. You have to go to the SASTRA campus, on your allotted counselling date and time and Book the Branch of your choice. This is the Admission process

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course Curriculum is really good it's on par with Bits and Nit syllabus. It's well designed to both suit the students needs and also equip them well with the basic fundamental concepts which can further strengthen their core concepts knowledge . moreover , the syllabus is designed in such a way that it covers 85% of gate exam syllabus. so we can also appear for gate exam immediately after completing our course. The Exam structure is based on conceptual learning. one has to be well equipped with concepts in order to pass in the exams. We must not mug up at any point of time as SASTRA exams will test your concepts rather than ur memory capacity. It will have 3 Cia exams out of which the best 2 exam scores will be considered for internal assessment and then followed by final semester examination which consists of 100 marks out of which 50 will be considered for overall grading.
