Course Curriculum Overview :

MBBS definitely being taught in our college is preparing me for facing real life situations , we get posted in different departments for learning on how to take history from patients, how to interact , counsel them and manage cases. i have always wanted to be a doc so i think this is very helpful. i think this sometimes gets too cumbersome and tough on long run, i think if we were given a more relaxed schedule it would have been good for everyone's mental health as it would have been less hectic. every week we get exmas in form of small tests which test our ability on what we've learnt.

Internships Opportunities :

it is compulsory to do internship after a duration of 4.5 yrs of mbbs for 1 yr at the hospital. we are shifted to different departments all round the year and taught how to handle things. stipend as of now is 30k per month as it is a central institute.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

we paid a total amount of around 500 rs during admission which is our course fee along with 2000 rs which is admission fees. all of this is included for our entire duration of course. scholarships are also available for students in need or from reserved categories.

Campus Life :

our college keeps holding quizes and competitions at intra and inter college levels. wehave our annual college fest which is '"splash" which is open for every one with a lot of activities and competitions. we have a central library which is openn 24/7 for our students and has all the books for different specialities present all year round along with latest editions. in classrooms we have a projector and blackboard and 2 tvs on sides in the lecture theatre so thta it is easier to study. they are fully accompanied with centalized ACs. we have our sports society which is vencedor and is accompanied with all kinds of sports be it volleyball, basketball, cricket etc in which facuties also take part in. as already mentioned we havee a lot of societies for different co - curricular activities and this helps us persue our hobbies.

Hostel Facilities :

hostel life is amazing here. we are provided with a bed, table, chair and a cupboard. we can bring in collers for summers and a fridge too. the hostel premises are well cleaned every day. the food provided in the mess is also good i would say being provided 4 times a day from breakfast to dinner. the menu is different every day and as of now the mess fee is 3000 per month which is quite reasonable i would say. we are alloted hostels on the basis of distance from home and seniority.

Admission :

one needs to complete 12th class with science background and qualify neet exam. after neet one needs to register with the counselling authority of india and fill the application form and fees. everything follows for dates and one needs to be upto date with that. neet take splace once a year usually in month of may.

Faculty :

during a lecture we have 1 professor for the whole batch, but for the same topics we are later alloted 2 teachers for a small batch of 15 or 40 depending upon the subject which improves conceptual clarity and more of one to one learning experience with th e faculty. they are extremely open and approachable in person and also via phones to clear our doubts. faculties are top notch as per their qualifications are concerned.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always wanted to be a doctor. My parents also wanted me to be a doctor. That's why I chose this profession. I don't think any change in curriculum is needed. The frequency is also fine enough to get you engaged all year in your academics.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had biology in my 12th class, and I hated maths so the only well option in this field was to go to doctors. Each department has more than 27 facilities, which are subdivided for the students, so each group of 10 students can have 1 teacher. Faculties are renowned doctors, which have done some amazing work in their respective fields. There are 2 term exams and 1 sent-up examination which occurs every 2-3 months. And yes sometimes it becomes very hard to pass exams. Only late-nighters have saved most of the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS course is of 4.5 years of duration along with 1 year of internship. The faculty of MAMC is very helpful. The professors are very helpful they will teach you in an easy manner so that you can grasp the concept. Many professors have authored standard textbooks which are used across the country. The average faculty: student ratio is 1:20. Usually, there are 2 to 3 monthly tests and 2 term examinations followed by a professional examination at the end of the year. This exam is quite tough, and so is the course but in the end, your efforts are gonna pay off.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always wanted to be a doctor that's why i chose MBBS. Faculty number is very high in the college. We have HODs, professors, assistant professor, associat professor, senior residents, PG student and junior residents in our teaching team. All the teachers are qualified doctors ( MBBS, MD/MS). Theory teaching is through PowerPoint presentations in class and practical are done in labs with every sort of instrument needed. We have 2 term exams, once every 3-4 months then final exams held by college and finally the professional exams conducted by the university at the end of year. Exams are of moderate level, everything comes from the course which we were taught and we are able to answer all the questions nicely.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The thing with being in the best medical institute in the country is that the internal exams here aren't as breezy as compared to some other places. We are expected to have a certain standard of knowledge at all times. And that's a totally justified and beneficial thing. There are 3 professionals in all. Each semester, there is a mid semester and end semester exam.

Placement Experience:

After 4.5 years if your MBBS course you have to take a learning experience with your elder doctors or your representation. You have many options to do jobs if you want to continue your studies for MD/MS so you can opt for gov MBBS doctor in your own colleges otherwise you can also keep continuing you doctorate experience from the same college that they provided. Almost 90% to 100% of students were selected in the same college or in another top hospital in India.

Placements are not there in MBS colleges. Most people like to pursue Post Graduation i.e. MD/MS after completing MBBS for which there is the entrance exam of NEET - PG (To become NEXT soon). Post-graduation in UCMS has a stipend of 70k-80k depending on the year in which the person is. Post-graduation is a three-year course. Following Post-graduation, a person can apply for the post of Senior Resident (SR) in a hospital or further prepare for NEET - SS for a super - specialty in a field. Even after MBBS, a person can apply for the post of Junior Resident (JR).
