Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course due to high income, passion for the field and wanting to help people. Faculty student ratio is pretty good The teachers are highly qualified and apt in their jobs Exams are not very difficult to pass

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Studying in a government medical college is not costly... some colleges having a fee as low was 1500 rupees only. Studying in a private college is pretty costly You get one year of internship after the final year of mbbs (4th year) which is paid

Campus Life :

Nirvana is the annual fest of vmmc There are many books and journals available in the library its quite big The classrooms are well equipped with ac good ventilation Many societies present in thr college like that of dance, fashion, singing, art etc

Hostel Facilities :

Hostels are pretty good. You can get any appliance like ac or fridge. No curfews. Hostels are pretty clean The mess food is actually good compared to what other colleges' mess offer. Pretty affordable too with priced at 6000 per month

Admission :

Needed to clear the NEET exam and pass the board exams of the respective state Neet form found on the website of nta Did not avail any reservation due to being from a general category The admission process is quite smooth

Other Applied Colleges

Maulana Azad Medical College - [MAMC] | Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)

Less chances of getting a pg seat due to no quota like ip quota

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always wanted to be a doctor. My parents also wanted me to be a doctor. That's why I chose this profession. I don't think any change in curriculum is needed. The frequency is also fine enough to get you engaged all year in your academics.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had biology in my 12th class, and I hated maths so the only well option in this field was to go to doctors. Each department has more than 27 facilities, which are subdivided for the students, so each group of 10 students can have 1 teacher. Faculties are renowned doctors, which have done some amazing work in their respective fields. There are 2 term exams and 1 sent-up examination which occurs every 2-3 months. And yes sometimes it becomes very hard to pass exams. Only late-nighters have saved most of the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS course is of 4.5 years of duration along with 1 year of internship. The faculty of MAMC is very helpful. The professors are very helpful they will teach you in an easy manner so that you can grasp the concept. Many professors have authored standard textbooks which are used across the country. The average faculty: student ratio is 1:20. Usually, there are 2 to 3 monthly tests and 2 term examinations followed by a professional examination at the end of the year. This exam is quite tough, and so is the course but in the end, your efforts are gonna pay off.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always wanted to be a doctor that's why i chose MBBS. Faculty number is very high in the college. We have HODs, professors, assistant professor, associat professor, senior residents, PG student and junior residents in our teaching team. All the teachers are qualified doctors ( MBBS, MD/MS). Theory teaching is through PowerPoint presentations in class and practical are done in labs with every sort of instrument needed. We have 2 term exams, once every 3-4 months then final exams held by college and finally the professional exams conducted by the university at the end of year. Exams are of moderate level, everything comes from the course which we were taught and we are able to answer all the questions nicely.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The thing with being in the best medical institute in the country is that the internal exams here aren't as breezy as compared to some other places. We are expected to have a certain standard of knowledge at all times. And that's a totally justified and beneficial thing. There are 3 professionals in all. Each semester, there is a mid semester and end semester exam.

After 4.5 years if your MBBS course you have to take a learning experience with your elder doctors or your representation. You have many options to do jobs if you want to continue your studies for MD/MS so you can opt for gov MBBS doctor in your own colleges otherwise you can also keep continuing you doctorate experience from the same college that they provided. Almost 90% to 100% of students were selected in the same college or in another top hospital in India.

Placements are not there in MBS colleges. Most people like to pursue Post Graduation i.e. MD/MS after completing MBBS for which there is the entrance exam of NEET - PG (To become NEXT soon). Post-graduation in UCMS has a stipend of 70k-80k depending on the year in which the person is. Post-graduation is a three-year course. Following Post-graduation, a person can apply for the post of Senior Resident (SR) in a hospital or further prepare for NEET - SS for a super - specialty in a field. Even after MBBS, a person can apply for the post of Junior Resident (JR).
