This is jharkhand state government college whose fee is much relevant as compared to other Engg collage
20km to ISM DHANBAD and close to IIT KGP , NIT JAMSHEDPUR, BIT MESRA AND NIT DURGAPUR

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum of this collage is better than many of NITs like NIT JAMSHEDPUR AND NIT DURGAPUR. Advance and extra courses are introduced for better learning specially in field of AL and Technology. Course are related to real life application of industries.

Class Size : 65Course Fees : INR 20000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Tata steel, Bokaro steel , JSL JSW Vedanta etc are companies who provide internship to students For circulate branch students they have secured intership by there own collage don't help them out here

Placement Experience :

7 semester and onwards students are eligible for campus placement, every few gets pre placement on there 5th sem Many give company visit here like Tata steel (20-30 student), vedanta (20-30), Google (2-3), Microsoft (2-3), JSL(50-60), JSW(60-70) ETC 2024 HIGHEST PLACEMENT IS OF 45LPA AND AV. OF 8 LPA On core branch 85% students get campus placement and circulate branch 70% My plan is get placed on TATA STEEL OR VEDANTA

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Semester fee is about Rs 7750 , some of other charges like examination fee and all are taken in total per annum less than rs 20000 is it's fee. Jharkhand government provider ekalyan scholarship to students of bit sindri those are of categories OBC , ST AND SC and also having less than 400000 of annual family income

Campus Life :

Annual fest BITAANSH is held on months of nov dec which is biggest fes of BIT SINDRI along with them many other tech fest happens like Tech utsav months of April , sandhan Feb , IETE March , rainbow on may This is having a central library where you will get almost every books and also an NGO library Classroom are old fashioned for core branch students and circulate branch they have advanced classroom Sports club of BIT SINDRI organise many sports events every year

Hostel Facilities :

For the 1 and 2 year students 4 students live in a room while in 3rd and 4th year get single room for every student Meal quality is not much good Room are available for almost every student of BIT SINDRI and at time of admission you can register for it . Rent and PG are not here only you get hostel room only

Hostel Fee : INR 10000 per year

Admission :

Cut-off of BUT SINDRI is generally increasing and to secure seat here you need to get rank less than 120000 in JEE MAINS for a general category students Cut-off of ST and SC is much less (they are given 52%of total seat) It's councelling is done on website of JCECEB and it's start during end of JOSSA councelling. Only students of jharkhand can apply for here .

Faculty :

Faculty members here are well experienced they teaches so nicely, labs are held in regular manner . The faculty to student ratio is also good about 1:60. There is little bit of problems in use of technology by faculty members here. Professor always ready to help

Campus placement is decent in lower branches but quite impressive in higher branches..like in higher branches like Cse or ece we have avg around 16 to 18 lakh ann in lower it's around 9 to 10 lakh which is quite good

All you need to know about BIT MESRA

Placement Experience:

The placements are declining day by day. In 2022 the average package was around 14lpa and highest was 56lpa but after that it has decreased significantly. Percentage of students have also declined . In ECE around 80% students get placed with an average package of 11lpa . Companies like Nvidia do visit the campus.

B.I.T My Home town

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college is good. Approx. every student is placed. The average placement is 6 lakh. The students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement. The company visited are Tata steel, Vedanta, JSW, Tata Power, Tata Long Products, Deloitte, Sclumbereg, Amazon, Samsung, CISCO, Akash, Fiitjee, Byjus, etc. many big companies. In every company there are 5 to 6 students are placed. The placement package of Tata steel is 10 lakh, amazon is 44 lakh, etc. The percentage of students getting placements is 85 %. I want to go for teaching in Akash or Byjus, etc.

NIT JAMSHEDPUR what you learn and what you experience

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement from the 3rd semester, many students got PPO offers and almost all big companies visited and there were 2-3 offers on everyone and there is 100% placement and the highest package was 35 LPA by Microsoft and the lowest was 3-4 LPA by mass recruiters like tcs and Infosys. Everyone used to work after getting placed.

An average stundet of cs

Placement Experience:

After the completion of 3 rd years, students are eligible for placement. About 10 companies came when I was there and they don't have soo many offers. The highest package of 10 lakh waa given to our best student in computer science the average package was 5-6 lakh that's the average package of most colleges here it is the same. The placements of students were quite average about 70 % cause most of the students get diverted. I planned to go in some other field apart from engineering.
