Entrance Preview :

I took admission on basis of AIEEE my score was 110. My branch is computer science. Its a good college compared to the other big collleges in pune like vit,mit,symbiosis. BUT there are many good thing about this college and campus.

Internships Opportunities :

Companies like amazon,opulent,persistent and many other comes to provide internship. Stipend offered is between 4000 to 10000 depending on the company.

Placement Experience :

As i said earlier SKN has the one of the best placement records in pune as well as in mahastra also. More than 90 companies comes to recruit students. The average pakage is 3.5 lakhs rupees. Whereas the highest package is arount 12 lakh rupees.

College Events :

In this college you will discover lots of events. Both technical as well as non technical. In technical events we have robocon team which participates in robotic events nationally and ranking is in top 5. Them there is excelcior,Ace commity for organizing different technical events and non technical events. Sinhgad karandak is the college festival for our campus. It is the biggest college fest in pune. Concerts of farhan ahktar,edward maya,lucky ali,Jay sean etc has been conducted during my term in the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

It is moderate if you compare college fee and hostel fee from other colleges like symbiosis,mit,vit. College fee for open category is around 90000 rs and it changes every year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Frankly i dont know about this because i never had to enquire abt it bUt my friend used to get scholarships and all.

Campus Life :

Campus life it is the best in pune. Sport they provide lots of opportunities in each and every sports. Separte cricket ground and lawn tennis court. Events like robotics and debates are very well know. 2 year back our robotics team ranked 3 in national robotics compitition in which they were competing against iit,nits,bits and other colleges as well.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facilities are good. sweeper comes to clean your room regularly, wifi in hostel is not good. mess food is also not good but it can be adjusted because there are many other canteens and other places to eat. after knowing the campus and other places

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

We were given regular meeting with senior students and alumni who were there in higher studies and corporate world . They guide us about the present demand for corporate world and requirements for higher studies which is great help.

Exam Structure :

We used to have 100 marks parper. Total subjects are 5 for each semister. Last semister i.e 8th semester has 4 subjects. Particals use to vary from semister to semister. somtimes 2 practicles and sometimes 3 practicles. In dis campus you will get enough t

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
