- College environment is very good as the campus is surrounded by trees
- Infrastructure of the college is very good and the classrooms are well built
Dislikes
- Hostel food is not so good at many times , it is mostly same for all the days
- Some people spit around in the campus , which makes it dirty and not hygienic for people
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness is good as there is a good scope in technology sector nowadays , there are workshops in the course which help you understand the course and syllabus very efficiently. The difficulty level of exams are above average , if you have study in the class you can score good marks , Timings of exams are suitable.
Placement Experience :
Campus placements are average , if I'm talking about Cse department , it is around 50 percent and average placement is around 4lpa. So average placements as the company those visit are mostly looking for freshers who would take this amount of money only. The Placements can be better if some big companies visit the campus , only that's the solution.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure for btech is quite affordable , Around 54000 for a btech degree is quite affordable and normal and with the facilities provided , it is good. Hostel fees is 4000 which is included in your semester fee. Mess fee for a month is max 2500. Scholarship for outsiders are not there , but if you belong from the same state , then you have many chances of getting a scholarship.
Campus Life :
Campus life is very good , as the campus is very big and surrounding is very good , there are trees all around the campus which makes it very beautiful. there are so many clubs , you can join many clubs as according to you choice Technological provisions around the classroom are quite good and also there are well built computer labs with a capacity for 70 students.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is quite good , hostel rooms have much space , you have to share a room with one person , most of the rooms are 2 seated , mess food is average , not so good not so bad , registration process for college is very easy , at the time of admission only they will help you with the hostel registration.
Admission :
Admission process was quite easy as you have to give jee mains entrance exam to get the admission in the college , and the admission process is mostly done online by the josaa counceling and CSAB counceling, so it quite a easy process , you will get any problem during the admission time. If you are from Assam , then yes you will get some benefits like state quota through which you can get admission in the college.
Faculty :
Qualification of the faculty members are above average , some of the faculty members are very educated and qualified , and faculty members are very helpful , Faculty to Student Ratio is also good as faculty members are very friendly and helpful . Teaching skills of faculty members are excellent , they provide good data.
