Course Curriculum Overview :

I had keen interest in this field from very early childhood as i was very passionate about buildings and structures This course as a whole is based on practical learning and practical applications soo what we learn here help us in real life situations directly We have 2 semester per year So 2 end semester exam And 2 mid semester test every semester We have moderate difficulty for exams

Internships Opportunities :

I haven't applied been in internships yet as i am in 2 semester as of now but after this semester i already have offers for internships from firms in chandigarh and Delhi In the post of asst. Architect

Placement Experience :

In architecture degree we don't have any campus placement but in other course's in our university we have on campus placement with recruiters like byjus and justdail with higest package of 15 l.p.a. and average of around 2.5 l.p.a So in our degree we usually start our own firm after graduating

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Our tuition fees is 47250/- per semester And as we are state government college fees hikes are not frequent and not much Complete cost of our education is around 600000/- We have pms scheme under which students can get 100% aid for their fees I have not not taken any campus employment

Campus Life :

We have our inter college fest 'TARANNUM' Which is usually held in the month of October Inter University fest 'YOUTH FESTIVAL' Which is usually held in the month of November Also we had career fest 'ARCADIA' in the month of april 2024 We have central library with over 57000+ hard copy books and 100000+ online books and journals Our classroom are air conditioned and well equipped with a.v. facilities We have court for basketball volleyball lawn tennis badminton also a athletic ground and under construction sports complex We have student council Literary club Stage management club Etc at University level For architecture our college is one of the oldest member college in NATIONAL ASSOCIATIONS FOR STUDENTS OF ARCHITECTURE.

Hostel Facilities :

In our hostel first 2 year you get triple occupancy rooms and from 3rd year you get single occupancy rooms In rooms we have fans and lights study table beds and providence for cooler We get 3 time meal as standard and 2 snacks Food quality is good and menu is different for every day You need to give 9500 one time security fees to register for hostel which is refundable

Admission :

You need to clear 10+2 You need to have atleast 70 marks in NATA Examination to get in our college You can get application form at nata website It happens usually 3 times a every in gap of one month between each exam Nata exam has a moderate difficulty level As a state government university it should have counseling body for easy admission for students

Faculty :

Facility is 1 teacher for 9 students and its is enough we don't face any issues Facility here focus on practical learning more than bookish learning Teacher are very approachable you just need to text them that you need help and they will give you time as soon as possible They provide great exposure and opportunities which helps in holistic development

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very effective and does prepare us for real world with the help of in depth study and activities that are included. The only thing that bothers me is the sessional tests. I think there should only be a mid term exam and finals instead of 3 sessional tests and then finals. This will give us more time to work on our projects.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was basically into more of design thinking and crafts work since 10 grade so I went for BArch. I could have also chose ID (interior design) but it was only restricted to one field, whereas in Architecture I have an opportunity to learn about interior design plus making the buildings. My curriculum contains various subjects all related to the field and the subjects change a little every semester. According to me the curriculum and the way studying is being conducted is perfect. Also 3 sessional tests and one 1 end term exam is conducted every semester. In sessional tests it's necessary to pass any two so there are lower chances of u getting detained. Also the exams are not that difficult if u are paying attention in class and studying even just before the exams.
