Placements are good in our college even in this recession time

Curriculum is mostly focused on theory part rather than practical knowledge

Course Curriculum Overview :

Curriculum is more towards the IT INDUSTRIES, AS more placements could be obtained from them, need to implement or include some aspects related to practical skills, need to be efficient or effective in that courses that are included in the curriculum. There are 2 semesters per year and exams are based on the semesters.

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 52000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internships in our college is inhouse internships which are of small companies like startups which are done in summer time in second and third years of second semester but we have to pay 1000rs for that

Placement Experience :

College placements are better in our college, it has given almost 70% placements in this recission situation, i think college placements wise it's was the best among the college's in our locality. Highes package is about 30 lakshs and average package is of 6 lakhs

Fees and Financial Aid :

Tution fee is 52000, that is provided by state government, this is the major scholarship that has been provided for most of the students, this is major financial aid for the students studying in college, our college is majorly focussed on campus placements

Story of Vignan University

Course Curriculum Overview:

I didn't like the course curriculum at all. When I joined the college it was like a regular curriculum muds and one final sem exams. But when we going to 2nd year the curriculum was changed, if i knew about that, wouldn't joined there. The curriculum makes the students to form a batch of 4 students and have to do the Team work. Those 4 students have to share the work of each subject and prepare themselves for the viva. Frequency of the exams are well introduced.

Review With my own perspective and experience

Placement Experience:

Placement are provided by college though it's recession period, they tried their best. From 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies visited: Accenture, Mind x360, Gen technologies, Astroline, servo Medha. Number of offers are very low to some companies and some companies hired more 100 in count. In the recession periods 60 and above percentage of students are get placed. In normal times 90 and above percentage of students are getting placed. I aimed for job initially after that I want to become an entrepreneur.

First of all College is a one of the premium institute in Nellore.The main focus of college is to place all the studets in any company with a good salary.College has good faculty members and they teach in very effective manner.As college is located in the NH5 highway it is easy to transport.
