Course Curriculum Overview :

I didn't like the course curriculum at all. When I joined the college it was like a regular curriculum muds and one final sem exams. But when we going to 2nd year the curriculum was changed, if i knew about that, wouldn't joined there. The curriculum makes the students to form a batch of 4 students and have to do the Team work. Those 4 students have to share the work of each subject and prepare themselves for the viva. Frequency of the exams are well introduced.

Class Size : 54Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid :

The Fee for Mechanical brach is 1,00, 000, but for my seniors, before lock down it was 2,00,000. There will be an additional fee of 5000rs for every 2nd sem of the year for CRT training. An additional of 2000rs for college examinations. There are Categories of A and B, for category A the fee is 1,00,000 and for category B, the fee is 1,50,000 and the CRT and Examination fee are same for both There are scholarship based on 12th merit and JEE, MAINS and other competitive exams. Some national scholarships are also there for merit students, the merit is based on b. Tech percentage.

Campus Life :

The campus life is great, there will be a lot fests and celebrations for each festival irrespective of their religions. The main fest is 'Vignan's Mahostav' it will be held every year in between Jan to feb. The fests are mahostav, udbav, Srujanankura(a national-level fest), and departmental fests. There are a lot clubs that are created and organized by students themselves. There will cultural and sports events for almost every month.

Admission :

I haven't applied for any college other than this. The reason I chose this college is because it's near to my house and I don't want to be in a hostel. The admission experience is fair and quick, there will be an entrance exam, V-sat exam that is conducted by Vignan university it slef. If you score greater than 65% then you will get a merit based scholarship.

Faculty :

The student to faculty ratio is 14:1. The exam structure is 60 marks are for internals and 40 marks are externals. In the internal exams, there are 5 Target exams named as T1, T2, T3, T4, T5. The T1 to T4 are 10 marks each and the T5 is for 20 marks. T4 exam is online based MCQ exam. T5 is assignments based. The main sem exams are for 60 marks and they will be compressed to 40 marks later.

Night Life :

The college is located in lively location, so there will be people everywhere and is surrounded by college own hostels so mostly students are there around the in campus and off campus. There is a dedicated gym for the hostlers in the college and outside there 2 gyms just outside of the college. The famous hangout places are mostly restaurants that are just outside of the college.

Amazon offered 44 LPA, TCS highest packge is 9 LPA Accenture highest package is 6 LPA. after completion of my BTech i want to become an AI tool engineer.

Review With my own perspective and experience

Placement Experience:

Placement are provided by college though it's recession period, they tried their best. From 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies visited: Accenture, Mind x360, Gen technologies, Astroline, servo Medha. Number of offers are very low to some companies and some companies hired more 100 in count. In the recession periods 60 and above percentage of students are get placed. In normal times 90 and above percentage of students are getting placed. I aimed for job initially after that I want to become an entrepreneur.

Placement Experience:

If we talk about placements is really good. Companies like Infosys, TCS, and Wipro are all service-based companies that recruit people to our college. It is better to maintain no backlogs if you are appearing placements. The average package is 3LPA. The highest package is 7LPA By doing hard work you can get placement offers in placements.

Remarks:

First of all College is a one of the premium institute in Nellore.The main focus of college is to place all the studets in any company with a good salary.College has good faculty members and they teach in very effective manner.As college is located in the NH5 highway it is easy to transport.
