Remarks :

The college is still in developing condition but still is most trustable college in our in part of good academic, placements.

Entrance Preview :

I cleared CGPET state level exam and got rank near about 3,200 in the year 2012 which proved a good score in that year to get admission in best colleges of Chhattisgarh. Rungta is one of the best college in chhattisgarh so I opted Mechanical engg in Rungta college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Talking about the course in BE there are 6 subjects in each semester which contains 5 units in evey subject and if are regular then you can complete the syllabus easily.

Placement Experience :

Accenture 134 students@3.4 lpa, SAP 7 students Tech mahindra 8 students @3.2lpa Capgemini 12 students@3.2lpa Still lots to come.

College Events :

Unnayan is the college festival celebrated in our college which covers all tech ,cultural programs and I think is best opportunity for students to show their talent and to be selected for the university festivals.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Comparing to the other colleges the fee structure is feasible. The fee is around 67k for an year i.e for 2 semesters. We have the facility to pay the fee in semester wise.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The college do not provides any scholarship but the govt. provides scholarship to the SC,ST,OBC students and they should have 75% marks in semester those who fulfill this criterion can avail the scholarship.

Campus Life :

Every students is eligible to participate in the competitions held in college branch wise college also motivates in sports, cultural activities to actively take part in different competitions held in different colleges.

Hostel Facilities :

Since I am not an hostler so writing this by asking my colleagues living in the college hostels. They told that the facility is decent. The rooms are of big size that 2 people can share a room. In case the hostels are full you can go for PG's there is a l

Alumni/Alumna :

Senior students are very friendly in nature and help the junior students whenever they are asked for. They help us in all type if needed I.e studies, sports, cultural and many more.

Exam Structure :

If you are regular with your studies then it will be easy for you to clear the exam and cover the different subjects. So being regular with studies is the key.

Faculty :

The faculties they are experienced and very helpful and they are there at every moment with you to help and suggest you.

Placement Experience:

placements are decent from 6th semester. Companies will provide internship opportunities but to go for placement until 7th semester u can also try outside of the campus in 6th semester we can get long term internship opportunities if company is satisfied with student performance we can get directly placed into that company

NIT RAIPUR - The Good and the Bad

Placement Experience:

Many top companies visit the campus every year to recruit students for various positions. The placement process at NIT Raipur is managed by the institute's Placement Cell, which conducts Placement Drives, pre-placement talks, and sessions. In general, students become eligible for campus placements from the seventh semester of their B.Tech program, which means that they can participate in the placement process from the beginning of their final year. Several large and recognized companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Samsung, Infosys, Wipro, Deloitte, Reliance, ONGC, BHEL, etc. recruited the students for placements, and in the year 2021-22, a total of 738 offers were made.

PET (Pre Engineering Test) was the entrance exam which was conducted across the MP state and based on the score I got into NIT Raipur.

Placement Experience:

There were no much placement opportunities. I applied through my own job search and through news paper adds. I got into flagship company of Birla group as my first job. Probably i was lucky to get 3 jobs before the results were out.
