Remarks :

Good part: academics, Infrastructure, Faculty teaching quality evrything good. Bad part: placement less practical work less and communication of student is less with management.

Entrance Preview :

I had given CGPET. Chattisgarh pre engg entrance test. Rungta college is prestiguous college and it is best for computer science stream. Biggest lab of computer is this college from whole chattisgarh. Because of this I had chosen this college and stream computer science.

Placement Experience :

TCS , Persistant, Satyam, Infosys companies. I selected from off campus so no idea about stipend who selected in on campus. My friends selected IBM, TCS. They got 3.2 lakh package annual basis.

College Events :

Utkarsh festival is a big festival in our college.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes its there. You can check with college authority.

Campus Life :

Everything was nice. Competition like robotic debates was not there mine time.but website design competion etc held. Gender, Ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic statuslike that nothing i felt. Environment was good, very good.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel is very nice that time 14000 rs yearly. Mess food was good. Wifi facility and library facilty was for 24*7.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

I was not interacting that much with seniors . Anti ragging system was there so we are not hvng more contacts with juniors too.

Faculty :

Faculty was very good in RCET College but truely speaking research side or practical is poor in this college, theory study teaching is very nice. Specially mathematics mechanics and electrcal subjects are very good.

Placement Experience:

The students after 5th semester are highly eligible for placement. The companies visited are like AMAZON, COGNIZANT, WIPRO and many more and they provide huge offers. Eligible students are 100% placed it means students should not carry any backlogs.

NIT RAIPUR - The Good and the Bad

Placement Experience:

Many top companies visit the campus every year to recruit students for various positions. The placement process at NIT Raipur is managed by the institute's Placement Cell, which conducts Placement Drives, pre-placement talks, and sessions. In general, students become eligible for campus placements from the seventh semester of their B.Tech program, which means that they can participate in the placement process from the beginning of their final year. Several large and recognized companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Samsung, Infosys, Wipro, Deloitte, Reliance, ONGC, BHEL, etc. recruited the students for placements, and in the year 2021-22, a total of 738 offers were made.
