Course Curriculum Overview :

It was a course mixture of electronics and a new things I am able to know about instrumentation which I didn't know earlier. The cirriculum will help me to know more about electronics object and many more things. Course has a good cirriculum overall having a good part of electronics. Frequency of exam is 2 class test before the semesters.. A semester is of usually 4..5 months

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tution fee is minimal no need of raising it.the complete cost of education is if u take hostel then within 1 lakh (4yr). Some scholarship are available like svmcm , oasis, semens are available for domicile students,

Campus Life :

Many fests are there on jadavpur university like there are two campuses one is on jadavpur and another is on salt Lake, the campus on jadavpur has one fresher whereas salt Lake campus freshers celebrates two freshers, and many other festa are there like sanskriti, srijan, chayanat(film festival) overall the fest life is too good in jadavpur.. The whole year fests end and new fests come.

Admission :

I have taken the course on 4 year btech (instrumentation and electronics engineering) application form gets out in the website of wbjee. Application fees -500, usually gets out on the month of December or january . Exam timing was from 11am to 4 pm. Paper was difficult in maths section but for physics and chemistry section it was moderate, I would not ask for any improvement only that if they would increase the duration of application form submission

Review of IEM Kolkata, a strict Engineering College.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for the placements after the sixth semester. The companies that generally visit us for placements are TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, Oracle, IBM and some other ones. The highest package offered through last years is 22 Lacs Per Annum and on average it is 4-5 LPA. 90% students on average get placed Every year. My plans after getting the Degree is to pursue Freelancing Full Time and Become a Web Designer.
