- Rules regarding not allowing bikes and cars beyond the main gate parking.
- Lack of good internet facility and seamless connectivity.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The syllabus of SNU is being followed for MBA program. The teaching is focused on practical aspects rather than just theories. The assignments are of real world problems. There should be more real world engagement though various industry tours. Exams are placed 1.5 months apart from each other and there are 2 exams per semester and they are of moderate difficulty.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships are provided by the internship coordinator of every department to the students. They have to contact companies in order to get internships for the students. Internship is mandatory for all the courses during the summer break of 2 months from May to July.
Placement Experience :
Many renowned companies like Volvo, ITC, Reliance, TCS, L&T, and many others offer on campus job placements. The average CTC is Rs.7LPA. Above 90%+ students are offered placements every year from every department. I would like to sit for placement in the campus and would like to join any renowned firm.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is no such hike in tuition fees. The complete course costs Rs.1,31,800 including a caution deposit of Rs.5000 which will be refunded after the completion of the course. The scholarships are as per NSP portal.
Campus Life :
There is a annual event names Moksha that happens in the month of February every year. In this program a celebrity is called. The library has a immense collection of books of every department. There is dedicated sports complex for the enthusiasts.
Admission :
Eligibility was to score minimum 50% in graduation. Application form is available on the NITA website and application fees are Rs.1000 for General/OBC/SC and Rs.500 for ST students. Reservation students are entitled to scholarships as per NSP portal. There are 2 exams: Midterm (20marks) and Endterm(50marks) throughout a semester and internal exams during classes of 30 marks. The payment gateway should be changed as the present gateway doesn't support any other card other than SBI.
Interview Experience :
Demonetization was the topic for GD. The topics are all related to the business world. The interview was a casual one and the questions were based on accountancy, marketing, and english. The institute level test has the syllabus of all the major competitive exams and is of high difficulty.
