The campus is good. The college have a large campus which have lot of place to sit and relax and enjoy the free time.
The college conducts programs occasionally. Many programs are held which makes us relax and reduce the stress.

The series exams are conducted fastly. Two exams are conducted in one day.
There is no pt period. All the hours in a day are taken by teachers for teaching. The free periods or pt periods are not provided.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is very efficient in recent times.the number of people taking the course are increasing day by day.the classes in the college are average. One should also study by our own for getting good marks.the faculty are doing their job well.There will be two series exam in every semester. There are eight semesters in the entire course. Every two series exam are very important for getting good internal marks.the series exam comes very frequently. And also the semester is very short nowadays.the current semester is only three months

Class Size : 73Course Fees : INR 35000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The college provides internship opportunity. Those students who have interest in the internship are provided leave and also helped by the college.as i am in second year i have not attended any internship.so my knowledge in this is less. However students from our college goes for internship in kochi banglore etc

Placement Experience :

Campus placements are provided in the college. Various companies are interested in selecting students from the colleges.Various companies comes for interview for selecting students. The students become eligible for placement from the third year onwards. However the main placement process takes place in the final or the fourth year. The number of students getting placement are reducing nowadays compared to previous years. The highest package is 12lakhs per year and the average is about four or five lakhs per year. My plan is to find a job.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee for one year for normal seat is thirty five thousand. The management seat will cost more than that.however there are many scholarships. By scholarship students are able to give less money for education. Apart from tution fee which is thirty fuve thousand exam fee should be provided every semester. It is about three thousand.many scholarships like egrants, ek nayanar scholarship etc are there

Campus Life :

Apart from academics the college provides various cultural and sports activities. A annual sports meet will be conducted every year and also an arts fest is also conducted every year. These fest helps in encouraging the students in becoming active and grow their cultural skills.The library in the campus provides lots of books which are good reference to study. various other programmes are held in the college in various occasions. There is a college union which helps the college in conducting these programs

Admission :

The important part of admission process is keam exam.On the basis of rank in keam we get admission to engineering colleges in kerala.keam exam is conducted every year.students who have reservation seats based on caste and other have low fees compared to general seats.the keam exam is multiple choice type and marks can be easily scored if one is prepared.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
