Entrance Preview :
AIEEE (Now JEE-mains) - This Exam is necessary if you want to get admission in any engineering college in Indian. More your rank, more you get better college i.e. IIT, NIT etc. I got admission in " Ch. Devi Lal State Institute of Engineering & Technology " because my AIEEE rank is in between the cutoff rank list of this college.
Internships Opportunities :
College internship experience in my college is although very bad. College doesn't call any companies or institute for internships. For this you need to search on google for top companies or institute as according to your interests or your field or if you want intership in any Govt. Or MNC company you will have to call your relatives for references.
Placement Experience :
Placements & job opportunities in this college are ZERO. Know any companies visited over 2009. The student himself needs to attend off campus interviews or wait for an interview call after submitting resumes on online websites like monster or Recruit etc.
College Events :
I don't know about any name of technical or sports events, but apart from study college always encourage students to participate in various technical, cultural and sports events. Cricket, Volleyball, badminton, football and other sports tournaments are celebrated every year in college campus, winner team also participates in university level sports events.The college also organizes many cultural events, i.e. annual cultural festival and other events on days like Gandhi Jayanti, Bal divas, independence day etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee structure is best ever. As this is a Govt. Engineering college, fee structure is feasible. Annually, students need to pay only 31,000 only. That means a total of 31,000*4=1,24,000 for the complete degree. Also, there is no any fine or other fund you need to pay as like in other colleges.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The tuition fee waiver scheme also available for this college, which helps students to reduce the college annual fees, also scholarships given to lower caste students as according to state govt. Scheme.
Campus Life :
My overall 4 year experience in this college is best ever. Not because of its infrastructure, but the environment here is friendly as the girl is 100% safe here. Also, teachers encourage students to participate in many events as according to interest.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel facilities is not much better, but it is not of that bad quality also. As we know " A Home is a home, know any other places can compare with it ". There is one boys hostel and one girls hostel and yeah Mess food is also good.
Alumni/Alumna :
Being a super senior I was always there if any of my friend or junior needs any help for any any problem like in studies, in college tests, to account the problems.
Exam Structure :
There are eight semesters divided over 4 years. During every semester, 2 sessions are held and final exams are held after every 6 months. Seasonal exams are of 20 marks, out of which student needs at least 7 marks in each exam to clear all sessions. Also
