Course Curriculum Overview :

Bcom hons is a traditional course so it is like that. I chose bcom hons cause I wanted to pursue CA and bcom hons is said to be the best course along with CA. The faculties are so friendly and extremely nice and really good at teaching. They teach and ask questions in the same class and take doubts as well in starting of next class and we can share problems with them too.

Internships Opportunities :

The placement cell works so hard for bringing internships opportunities for students. The internship starts from semester 1, it's upto the students if they wanna do that or not. But it's mostly unpaid.

Placement Experience :

Eligibility for Placements starts from last year. The average annual package right now is 15 LPA. The highest placement got 48 LPA last year. 70%-90% students get placed on an average. Companies like McKinsey & Co, BCG, DE Shaw, Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Ficher Jordan, IPAC, Nation with Namo visits LSR for recruitment.

Fees and Financial Aid :

The tution fees at LSR is comparatively low to other universities and colleges. It's 21,665/- Rs for 1 year. It won't exceed 1 lakh even in 3-4 years. As of total fees of the course it would be only 86,660/- Rs which is quite affordable according to a graduation course fees.

Campus Life :

The annual fest of LSR is Tarang happens every year in March and annual fest of commerce department is Comquest happens every year in March as well. The Library have a lot of books but they are old and less new books there. Faculties teaches a lot of things. They're open gym in LSR and sports like table tennis, badminton, basketball, judo, boxing, running, etc.

Admission :

I took CUET as entrance exam for DU. Its all based on 12th class syllabus. I took it for 4 subjects [English, accountancy, bst, economics] and scored 654/800. As for benefits of reservation I got admitted to LSR,DU cause the cut off for LSR was 714/800.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement in my college is pretty average as only some people get selected while companies come to recruit student who are in their final year. The average package offered to the students in here is around 4,00,000 to 5,00,000 and the highest package anyone has got is about 10,00,000. Meanwhile some people do not go for the campus recruitment as they want to pursue higher studies.
