Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well decided. But in 1st year, due to covid, the entire year had to be wrapped up in 6 months only which was quite hectic. Other than that, it's all good. The curriculum prepares us for taking pressure and stress. The teaching method is also good. But attendance criteria should be reduced as we have to prepare for both course and IT.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship opportunities are quite good. Companies like Texas Instrumentation, Reliance,Phone pe, Oracle and a lot more visit. Research internships can also be availed. There's a lot of opportunity and exposure.
Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for campus placements from 7th semester. Placement scenatio is good. Companies like Google, HFL, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, etc. do visit every year. 80-85% students are placed. Highest package this year is 52 lacs and average is 13-14 lacs.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fees for a general student is almost one lakh per semester. For students providing income certificate below 5 lacs and 1 lacs get quite a good reduction in fees. Students can apply for scholarships.
Campus Life :
Every year, majorly tech fest(aayam) and cultural fest(moksha) are organized. Other than that, cultural events are organized almost every month. The library is quite well organized with a wide variety of books in all fields. Smart classrooms, projectors are provided. Sports is also given a lot of importance. National level like inter nits are organized. There are a lot of technical and cultural clubs.
Hostel Facilities :
For girls, hostel rooms are small. Upto 3rd year, double rooms are provided. And some of the 4th years only get single rooms(based on CGPA). Boys from 3rd year get single room. Mess food is not good. The registration process for hostel was smooth. We needed to provide admission details to the reception.
Admission :
The admission process was quite smooth. JEE Mains has to be cleared. The cutoff in 2022 was 90 percentile. Every detail of admission was provided on the college website. The eligibility criteria for admission in B.Tech was clearing JEE Mains and above 75% in board exams.
