The number of students selected may vary as per student performance and company requirements. Every student gets an opportunity to present their views on the topic. Personal interview includes an assesment and verification of your profile, job experience (if any), hobbies and your life. Panelists may also ask to give an opinion on an idea or an even of significance. (For example: What is better? Being street smart or being book smart?
