Course Curriculum Overview
I have done bachelor's in arts specializing in psychology and further I wanted to pursue industrial and organizational psychology, but then I explored mba in human resources and I found it interesting, thus with my experience in psychology I found that I would be better suitable for MBA in HR. Case studies and solved on a regular basis, current ongoing case studies are involved in everyday lectures this helps in real-world applications. We would like industry visits so that we can see actually and experience how human resource in a company works. We have mid terms and end terms in a semester of 6 months. In between we have quizzes and experiential learning assignments to complete. Mid terms are moderate and end terms are also moderate. It is very subjective, it varies from subject to subject and your preparation level.

It is a residential program therefore staying in the campus hostel is compulsory. 24*7 hot water is available, sir conditioner, dry balcony, cleaning service is available. meal quantity is endless untill it is a dessert. Registration for hostel is easy you just have to fill a form and some affidavits. It is expensive for the space they provide majorly, but their service kind of compensates it.

Interview Experience
Yes I faced group discussion, interview and written test for the admission in SIBM, nagpur. The topic for my gd was a situation that how can be increase the capacity of the airplanes by fitting in more passengers at a particular time, why cannot we have standing passengers to increase the number of passengers. For interview general questions were asked about the city, education, terms in your particular field, etc. I read a number of articles and recent topics to prepare for the rounds. Saw YouTube videos how to improve interview experience.
