Short Review on CUPB Life

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curruculum is designed for overall growth of students, I can say on the basis of my experience of first semester. It is divided into four semesters in two years of span. The course is designed in an ascending order of subject matter, how it was evolved and last semester is dissertation. There are term papers, surprise tests, mid term exams and end sem exams.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Academic fees for MA Sociology Course in CUPB First Semester - 12875/- Second Semester - 4855/- Hostel Fees - 8400/- per semester + 5000/- security deposit Scholarships - NSP, Respective State Scholarships Mess fees - 2400/- to 2700/-

Campus Life :

The academic infrastructure is built with modern equipments, classrooms and labs are Air conditioned and very well ventilated. The overall area of university is around 600 acres. Roads are built with cement concrete. There is gym, sports ground, cafetarias.

Admission :

Admission is done on the basis of CUET score. Admission process is not very lengthy, one step process. Availing a hostel is a difficult task here. During admission, certain documents are verified by the respective department like SSC, HSC, Graduation certificate, Category certificates along with admission form.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course provides an insightful view of the subject with minute details, linking or correlating every aspect with real-time events. For the students who want to pursue careers in defence, civil services, government jobs, etc. the course is quite appropriate for them.

University gave many placement offers also it is different which courses you have choose. Placement opportunities are good for engineering students and professional course students compared to us, but for placement we have to register and there would be a placement classes and additional fee would be also there. Course Curriculum Overview:

I always liked psychology and that's why I chose it for my post graduation. The course curriculum in CUP is more leaned toward the research aspect of psychology, rather than clinical. There is not many application level subjects in the syllabus. The exams were conducted on time and they were fairly medium in terms of difficulty.
