Course Curriculum Overview :

First my course name is ba programme(Human resources management+ Economics). And i like this course because i just like to study the management courses. And in this course we have to get easily interships. And the difficulty level is also moderate. Not much difficult.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure of the college is also so much good. My course fees is only 12780 ruppes. And i think every level of people can afford this. After this if they again not efford, so college also provide scholarship. But there is also a long procedure happen for scholarship. The college also conducted placement intership fair every year for the employment opportunities.

Campus Life :

My experience in the college is also so excellent. Currently am not interested to join any societies in the college but i support as a volunteer in yhe event of reel to real. There is so nice experience i ever feel. And the college infrastructure is also so good. There is rain water harvesting established in yhe buildings.

Admission :

There is so long process follow for the admission process. We have to given entrance exam name is cuet conducted by NTA. Before the exam we hwve to do registration process then we got the examination date then after thr exam we got our score and then we select our prefernces according to college or courses its drpend upon our will. I didnt like admission process because there is so long process and problem of date extention.

Placement Experience:

The Placement Cell of the college is very active. Students can avail themselves of the placement opportunities from the fifth semester. I have been selected as a content writer in the fifth semester. I was offered a 4.6 LPA in the esteemed company. More than 40 percent of students end up doing getting jobs. I have decided to earn some experience as a content writer and then apply for the MA journalism program.

Placement Experience:

For the courses like Architecture, Engineering, Law, Mass Communication, many big companies come for placements in Jamia. As my course is a Bachelors's subject under Arts, there aren't many placement opportunities. But I hope to pursue my Master in History after which I would try to get placed.

Placement Experience:

The placements for BA Program in particular are slightly lower as compared to other courses. Most students from the course opt for higher studies but the few who choose to sit for placements find it hard to land a job. Campus placements start in 5th semester and continue for the entire final year. A student is free to sit for as many companies as they like, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria like CGPA, course, etc. Most companies hire a maximum of 4 students owing to the small population of students at St. Stephen's. The highest package in 2021 was 18LPA and the average package is about 6 LPA-8 LPA.

Placement Experience:

Around 70% of the students get good campus placements, especially in the private sector. The average package for the students is 6,000,00 per annum. The highest package offered to the student varies between 25 lakhs to 35 lakhs. My plans are different as I want to pursue my higher education.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is good. It has tie ups with reputed news channels. But in our course, the college does not provide internships, students have do it themselves and they have to prepare their own youtube channel for work.

Remarks:

The management is an equally hardworking and efficient team like the faculties. They maintain a good relationship with the students as well as with the teachers and are approachable for both the parties. Their functioning has ensured that the college runs smoothly in terms of presenting itself to others.

The college timings and the unprofessional conduct of many teachers and the office staff has made college an exhausting experience. There are no proper channels for conveying our complaints and suggestions.
