- I liked the Campus, the facilities provided by the college.
- As there are so many floors, they have lift.
Dislikes
- No air conditioner in the classrooms for Students.
- So many restrictions like you can't leave the college before lunch.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The AKTU course curriculum consists of 5 credited subjects and one non-credit subject including practical subjects. There are labs for experiencing the real world applications. There must be some improvements in the teaching process of the faculty as sometimes they can't make students understand.
Internships Opportunities :
There are no as such internships provided by the college they only call companies for permanent job role but there are different assistance provided by the training and placement department by sending the off campus internships.
Placement Experience :
In the 7th Semester of B.Tech Students become eligible for campus placements. There are various companies that starts visiting the campus from August. The average package offered is 3.5 Lpa. Approx 60% of the students get placed through campus placements.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The College fees for 1 year is approx 1,35,000 including the training fees. As I am a student of 2025 batch my fees is 1,00,000 per year. Also I have paid 20,000 for training. Students can apply for UP scholarship by the Up government which provides financial assistance to students. There are campus placements which takes place in the 4th year of Btech. Many companies visit the campus and Select the candidates.
Campus Life :
The campus of MPGI is vast and beautiful. The Campus life is not that good as there are a lot of restrictions. Every year APEX sports fest is organized by the College and different technical contests are also organised for Students.
Admission :
The admission procedure was Simple. In MPEC you can take direct admissions. The only criteria is that you must have 60% and above in your 10+2. In MPGI there is CV Raman Hall where you can get all the details about the admission process. The admission for Btech Starts in july. You can also take admission on the basis of the jee mains or through aktu entrance exam as MPEC is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University(AKTU), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. For taking admission in Bachelors of Technology you must have passed 10th and 12th. In each semester 2 Mid terms and a pre university test is there with 5 unit tests and 5 surprise tests. The difficulty of all the exams are average. Pre university tests are conducted before the AKTU university examinations.
