Campus is near the metro station so easy to travel while metro

labs are very small not whole class can fit in the lab at single time

Course Curriculum Overview :

In MCA program most of the syllabus are theoritical and there are also labs and practical work based on the subject of the course. If a student came from an IT background and it will be easier for them to understand the course syllabus, but if they are not from the IT background still they can understand but this can take a little more time. If the program syllabus is more practical oriented like the technologies used in IT organization in now a days then it will more help students to grow their skills and improve in knowledge.

Class Size : 120Course Fees : INR 175000 per year

Placement Experience :

In MCA program after completion of second semester students are eligible for campus placements. Good number of companies arrvies at campus placement and more than 65-75% is placement results. Highest package offer this year is 8,00,000 and average package is around 4,50,000. 65 to 75% of student get placed. My plans is to get the job and work in corporate world

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees structure is divided into yearly bases. On the first year you need to pay around RS 1,75,000 in which 40,000 is university fees but now it may has increased and on the second year you need to pay around RS 1,85,000. You can also get some scholarships but it is only reserved for the ews category. College also provide decent placement assistant.

Campus Life :

College do organise different fest, annual and technical events and it depends on the upcoming festival or technical intercollege competitions. The books availabiltiy is quite less than expected, the books available are almost around the half the student of the class, therefore not everyone get the needed book for study. Facilities and techological aspect is also not quite well because wifi range and quality is very low as well the projectors are poor and no sound system there. Yes, there are many clubs and social groups in college for student growth and participation in different feild of activities.

Admission :

To enter in mca program firstly you need given nimcet entrance exam and you can also give ipu cet exam but in ggsipu seat preferrence is given to the nimcet students. Then you need to register on ipu website for mca college allotment, after your nimcet rank colleges are alloted based on it. Also there are resevered seats for SC/ST, PWD category. In allotment list if you get your preferred college then you can freeze if you are satisfied. Then you can registed at your alloted college for the admission.

JNU for Overall development

Placement Experience:

Placements are average. Only 50% of students are placed yet. In the third semester, companies start visiting campus. Some of the companies are OPTUM, CIENA, XCALIBERATE, and KNOLDUS. The highest package is 14.5 LPA by Optum and the average is around 6-7 LPA. One can choose Ph.D. as an option if one didn't get placed.

Good faculty with good placement

Good Things: + Good Faculty + Good Labs + Good Placement Bad Things: - Uniform 4 days out of 6 - Saturday College is open - Tough Exams - So many assignments Overall, college will make you cry for 3 years if you are coming from DU or some other university, but definitely that is good for you/your future and you will get good placement/job.
