Remarks :
I am very happy with all the things I get from the college but not for me but for future of all the students, there should be good placement opportunity.
Entrance Preview :
I have cleared PGCET with 58 marks having 33rd Number all over Gujarat. Because I am from Bhavnagar thatethe only reason for choosing this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
As far as research has concern, master in any branch is always research-based program. In electrical engineering the faculties are very cooperative for research and I have published one research paper during 2 years in IEEE. Another thing is that not only for ME students but also for BE students they have huge amount of resources to get knowledge.
Internships Opportunities :
Well.No There is no internship programme by the college. As far as stipend concern, central government provide stipend to the GATE qualified students and during my first year Non-GATE students also gate some stipend from college funds. But after that there is no such provision.
College Events :
One technical event has organized every year called ABHYUDAYA and OPEN HOUSE which is a poster presentation event held in every year. Also every year one sports event also organized by our play team. Youth festival is always forte for our college. In university we stand on the top in youth festival. Also Annual day has been superbly organized every year.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Feasible As this college is government engineering college, fees are very less. Every student who have good amount of knowledge and want to gain more can come here and make his dream bigger and better. Also other fees are very less like exam fees, library fees.etc
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Nope. I don't know if something like that is available or not from college but Yes!! Scholarship is available from Gujarat government for SEBE,SC ,ST students and also for hostel students.
Campus Life :
Campus life is not like you're watching in big cities but at the same time safest for girls. They are not good but best in extracurricular activities and sports. College has good cricket team and other sport team and girls are doing well in each sports.
Hostel Facilities :
I have not experienced hostel facilities but I know that hostel is quite good to stat there but food in mess is not advisable to eat. But the place of college is very far from city so you don't have any other option. Canteen provide good quality of food. Each and every things is available in canteen . You can go and eat well there.
Alumni/Alumna :
I don't think so. Alumni is not providing that network between senior and junior. But our seniors are connected with us individually and they are very helpful.
Exam Structure :
Exams fee structure is also set up by GTU.and it is very less because in government college fees are very less around 1500 rupees per semester. Library fees and other fees are also very less so we can say that if we are talking about fees, any one whether he is from rich family or from economically struggled family he can learn from college.
Admission :
The entire admission process has been finished online through ACPC. I have chosen some colleges from GTU and after some rounds of selection finally I got admission in this college. I am eligible to get each and every college to complete my master degree but Shantila shah engineering college is very old college and I heard many things about this college, so finally I have decided to go with this.
Faculty :
Frankly speaking best faculties in government engineering college in Gujarat. They are best in their fields and at the same time good human beings. Most of the faculties have PhD in their own field and others haven't degree oh PhD but have knowledge more than PhD holders.
