  • Lack of hostel facilities forces the students to travel to and from the college to attend the classes.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because of SRCC brand name in market and broad spectrum of the curriculum for the course and a deep interest to learn more about how global businesses operates. Faculty to student ratio is pretty good since the batch size is small. The faculty members are well experienced and have been in industry for many years. The method of teaching is student centric. A healthy mixture of personal and group assignments and case studies ensure that students engage actively in the class. The term exams are conducted on schedule. The paper difficulty ranges from moderate to difficult.

Internships Opportunities :

The placement committee works hard to onboard best companies with niche roles for the students of the entire batch. Domains like finance, marketing, human resources, strategy and analytics drives maximum opportunities. Roles in each domain are pretty good. Some prominent recruiters this year include DCM Shriram, Adani group,D.E. Shaw and many more.

Placement Experience :

From second year onwards students who complete their summer internships are eligible for campus placements. According to the placement report for the batch 2021-23 mentioned on the official LinkedIn account the average placement is 13,48,000 lakhs per annum and median package is 13,00,000 lakhs per annum. Prominent roles are offered in the field of finance, marketing, human resources, strategy and analytics. Almost all students of the batch gets placed.

Fees and Financial Aid :

The fees for the entire two year course is 3,20,000 lakhs i.e. 1,60,000 Lakhs per year Thus cost to study is pretty low when compared with other institutions. The fees structure is one of the prominent highlights of this course and the foremost being the amazing Return On Investment.

Campus Life :

The annual fest which is conducted is termed as Yugantar which probably happens in month of April. In the fest various interaction sessions are conducted case competitions are organised. Books across all domains are present in the library. Students can easily access the amenities of library for developing their conceptual knowledge. Classrooms are air conditioned with comfortable seating arrangements and projector facilities. Various societies and clubs in college includes placement committee, training and development cell,Finatrix,Agrata,Helios,Ekatva etc.

Shri Ram College of Commerce Global business operations course admission mandates a minimum 50% in Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a relaxation of 5% to the candidates belonging to SC,ST,OBC,CW and PwBD categories. Placement Experience:

The placements of IIFT DELHI are at par with some of the old IIM's like Lucknow, Indore, Kozhikode. Iift is beast when it comes to finance and marketing. Every major international bank and every hedge fund visit the campus for recruitment. Also IIFT caters to some trade companies that only recruit from this college and don't visit any other campus in India. Last year 102 companies visited the campus , the median package was around 26 lakhs and average was around 27 lakhs. Highest package stood at 85 lakhs. And 100 percent placement was achieved. I'll be most probably going for working in a bank or a hedge fund after the degree

Placement Experience:

The Only thing this college is lacking about its placement cells. Students where running the placement cell and some teacher assist them to get opportunities based on their personal connections. But they don't have any particular department which is responsible for providing placement assistance.

Students are eligible for final placements in third semester and summer placements in the first semester itself. We have many big names here in the campus JP Morgan Chase and Co, Morgan Stanley, AON, ICICI Bank, Atomberg, Hindalco, Deloitte, KPIT, Samsung, etc. Almost all the students get placed here. I'd the percentage is above 90. The highest placement offered was 26LAC+ and the average stood at 14lacs. I am currently intern at a company via the college placements and am working towards getting a PPO. If I get one, I plan on staying in the same company.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements are great at FMS Delhi. Almost all good companies visit the campus for recruitment. In the very first semester, companies visit for the summer placement process where the average stipend this year was 1.5 lakh/per month and the highest stipend was 2.2 lakhs per month. Also, there are final placements conducted where the median package is around 30 lakhs per annum and the highest package goes above 60 lakhs per annum. Talking about the percentage of placements, all the students are placed in the companies visiting the campus and the placement record is 100% till now.
