Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum was up to standard and i chose B.Sc. Mathematics because i love maths than any other subject and it is easy for me. There were adequate faculty in all the departments and the faculty:student ration was maintained properly. The faculty members are well qualified with M.Phil, B.Ed., & Phd and their teaching methods were very easy and understandable. The students will have to go through the terms exams for every 3 months and exam will be of easy to moderate level.
Internships Opportunities :
The internship oppourtunities were offered for the students in prominent organisations in the industry with stipend of ?15000 to ?20000 per month. The projects we did came out well with perfect outcomes and faculty will help to clarify the tasks.
Placement Experience :
The placements provided was with top MNC's and banks and IT sector, the students can go for the campus placements from the final semester. The companies visited were TCS, Infosys, Deloitte, HCL, Cognizant etc each offering arround 20- 30 openings with average package of ? 3.5 L per annum and the highest package was ?9 L per annum. Arround 35% of students got placed in the campus. My plan is to either work in a good IT company or to go for higher studies.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees structure in M.O.P Vaishnav college was normal and affordable the cost of study was arround ?30000 - ?35000 where they also provide scholarship and other financial assistance for those who are in need for it. I did not avail for a scholarahip or any financial assistance during the course. And i got placed in an IT company with ?25000 as stipend.
Campus Life :
Life at the campus was really enjoyable and was fun with learning where we had annual fest every year in the month of february - march and tech fest in between the semesters arround august - september. There are wide range of books snd journals in the library which helped us in learning more and also the classroom amenities were in standard. There were lot of sports and extra curricular activities to showcase your talent all over. There is a social group for the students created by students on whatsapp.
Admission :
The admission process was quite common like you have to give an entrance exam which would be easy to clear and the eligibility of the course is 12th pass with cut-off of about 80 percentile for current 2024. You can find the application form in the internet and can apply online for this year until 31 july 2024. The admission process will be simple and easy.
