Likes

The hostel facility is so good really you can make a good peer group in this collage
The collage infrastructure is also good and the faculty are just average
The collage is just near Chandigarh so u can understand it have a very good life outside the campus for clubbing and night out stuffs

Dislikes

Sometimes the faculty teach in Punjabi so it is harder to understand
They have a limited time to go outside the campus for the hostel in 7 pm every student have to get inside the collage
Really strict rules for everything if you broke anything you got fine

Course Curriculum Overview

The course faculty members are average. I have taken Btech Computer science and engineering it have average decent placement. The infrastructure is average just like Chandigarh University. They conduct two Mid sem and one final exam in one semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

The collage fees is not too high it's actually low compared to other engineering college it just have 50k per semester and the hostel fees is about 75k per semester. They hike 20k in hostel fees every year. They provide different kind of scholarship mostly for Punjab students

Campus Life

They organise a Fest named as Parivartan once in a year. It is a 2 days event. You can really enjoy yourself in the fest with your friends. About the books students never bought any book they just issue the book from the library mostly all kind of books are available. It have most of the club nature club sports club technical club

Hostel Facilities

This is the best part of this collage the hostel was really superb. It will not look like hostel it's looks like apartment flat. But the fees is high it's fees is 75000 per semester for three seater and for two seater it's fees is 80000 per semester

Hostel Fee: INR 150000 per year

Admission

Admission process is simple They give the admission according to your JEE percentile. It doesn't have any minimum cutoff You can simply just take admission by filling the admission form. This collage is under Punjab technical University. It is considered as a semi government college

Placement Experience:

Placement scenario is good and it is improving since then. TPO looks after this process and it is responsible to call comapnies to the college and discuss about the eligibility of the students who can appear for the placements. For internships, students in the 3rd year appear for it while for placements 4th year students can appear. The average package is approx. 8-9 LPA while the highest has gone to 64 LPA during my college duration. Almost all students get placement.

My imperfectly perfect College life reviewed for everyone who needs it

Placement Experience:

Though when I got admission in this college, I saw the placement rates were very nice, around 95%, but maybe it was our session's fault. I passed out in 2024, and in that particular year, the placements were not as expected and as seen in the previous batch, so that was something very much disappointing because I paid so much money on a degree, only everything was good about the college, but in the end, placement matters during my session. Usually, the companies that hired for example, 10 students only hired two students.

Placements in lovely professional university is decent and dont know much about it as i am in 1st year only but there were mandatory Placement classes for all which you need to select in 1st year only for which you need to pay extra 20k for the classes.

Placement Experience:

College does provide a decent number of companies to students to get placed but as per seniors Companies come with good package but students fail to grab them. Students are eligible for placement form 7th semester. As data given to us from t&p for this year currently the minimum package is 6 lpa and average is touching 8 but don't get excited it's just the starting months of placement season. My plan is to get a good college for post grad as that was my plan from the start ??
