Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course due to my interest in computer languages. The faculties in Gita are very friendly and highly experienced. Separate mentor teacher are assigned to look after students. There is one mid term and one end sem exam in every semester.

Class Size: 10Course Fees: INR 130000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many companies come for hiring in GITA autonomous college out of which some companies provide internship to students during there hiring process. Both tech and non tech companies provide internship to students.

Placement Experience

Placement in GITA AUTONOMOUScollege starts from 5th and 6th sem onwards. Students are eligible to campus p[lacements during there 3rd year in college. Highest package was offered by BYJUS i,e of 9 lpa.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure for computer science branch in GITA AUTONOMOUS are as follows 1. 130000 course fee 2. 65000 hostel fees 3. 5000 for materials(uniforms etc.) Other fees such as semester fee and counselling fees are also there.

Campus Life

The library in GITA AUTONOMOUS college is very well maintained. Staffs are very friendly in the library. Every classroom is fitted with projector and AC. There are around 50-70 students in one classroom.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities in GITA is a bit average. Both veg and non-veg is available. Non-veg is available 3 times in a week i.e. in tuesday, friday and saturday. Fooding is available 3 times in a day i.e breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hostel Fee: INR 65000 per year

Admission

GITA Autonomous college mandates that BTECH applicants have a minimum 10+2 aggregate with PCM. Eligibility also requires rank in relevant entrance exams. Applicant forms can be accessed online and offline with fees specified in official notification.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We specifically study about circuit analysis and electrical machines in our electrical engineering. In laboratory we study about how electrical machines work in different circuits and different connections. We also study about analog electronics circuit. We are tested in our laboratory to perform practicals. We are also given assignments and questioned well in our viva to prepare us for our future campus selections. The question paper is equally difficult to make us ready for seminars and project preparation.

An Honest Review of My college Experience

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are many companies visited to our college like Tata,Wipro, TCS, Infosys and Accenture etc . Our highest package in computer science is 1200000 per annum and Average package is 500000 per annum. Percentage of students getting placement is actually varies by year and course and average 40 to 50% students get the placement offers . My plan is qualifying gate with a good rank and do my higher study mtech.

This university has a higher rate in providing placement to the students.approximate eighty percentage of students getting campus.i had also got a campus in my final year.From the forth semester students gets a chance to sit in a campus test .There are lots of national and international companies visited to this university they give a lot of offer to the students.The average offer package by the companies are three lakhs a year.
