I didn't wrote any entrance exam. I applied for Anna university counseling.and I called for counseling according to merit list .And there I selected college and course.I was chosen Mechanical engineering course.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Mechanical engineering. Is known as hotpots of jobs so ,this is good course.i m interested in the Mechanical subject. every semester we have 1 industrial visit and workshop.

Internships Opportunities :

No internship was conducted by this college .You should have try on your own in the company's only thing college do is the just send recommendation

Placement Experience :

About 70% students got placed . Every year more than 25 company's come for placements.average package was about 20000. per month

College Events :

Every year symposium are organised by each department.and cultural programmes are conducted commonly ft all departments along with anuual sports meet .

Fee Structure And Facilities :

It is affordable fees only tuition fee is 40000 while I'm joining along with this there are transport fees, books fees are added .

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship is only provided fr sc/st student who joined by anna university counselling only.I m not getting any scholarship as I'm belongs to general caste

Campus Life :

Only sports and music are the extracurricular activities conducted in the college.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostels are good every room has about 3-4 members. But bathrooms need maintained.

Exam Structure :

Exams are very challenging .Labs are very interesting there we know how to run machine.what are the trouble in machines.

Faculty :

Faculty are all pg qualified. Some are phd holders.good in teaching and behaviorism are interactive and some just teach syllabus only . Inter activeness actually depends on student response in class.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Students who pursuing five and sixth semesters onwards are eligible to attend the placements and internship. Mostly the IT companies are visited frequently and core companies are low. The Highest package is 9LPA. The percentage of college placement is 78 percent. I planned to make higher studies after my degree.

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
