- It doesn't have inverter and wifi all around the building so you have to go to specific spots to use wifi.
- It doesn't have canteen so you have to go outside to eat something
Course Curriculum Overview :
I did choose this course because I want to make my career in tech field. The faculty to student ratio is 1:60. Almost all the teachers are good. Some are the best, but my pps teacher is the worst he doesn't know how to teach. He gives most irrelevant analogy with the course contents. Most of the teacher have done PhD in their respective subjects and they have came by qualifying bpsc examination. Term exams happens most often????.
Internships Opportunities :
unfortunately, very few companies come here for campus internship almost zero company which provide stipend. So you have to go for off campus internships to get stipend. Most company provide internships without stipend. the Role is 90% of the time is for junior web developer using HTML, CSS and Js. I think these company doesnt know about MERN stack????.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees are very low because this is a government college. All you have to pay is 2600 per semester plus the hostel and me charges. The hostel fee for girl is approx 1.2k/month and mess charge is 3.2k/month
Campus Life :
The life at this college is awesome, you will feel like you've came to an IIT, except the IIts have great infrastructure but trust me inspite of DCE darbhanga doesn't have buildings like IITs but the teacher and the student are very like IITians. DCE organises Its annual fest in December in which students from other colleges also joins. The fest held in Dce was awesome. The classrooms of the college are fully air conditioned and cleaned. It has all the facilities for playing all kinds of sports and game wether it is outdoor like cricket, badminton, basketball, volleyball,etc or indoor games like carrom, chess, tabletennis, etc. The are lots of clubs running in DCE such as sports club, dance club, poety club, tech clubs, placement club, etc. Girls says that the food in the mess is not that good, otherwise the life in college is outstanding.
Admission :
The admission process was straight forward. I got admission by jee results, you can also give the Bihar engineering eligiblility examination. Eligibility is the course is 12. We can get the admission form from Bihar engineering official website.
