It's greenery is like awesome ..as it makes our day and melts my heart as well.
Library is very good as it has much good space .

Old building condition is very poor ..it's washrooms, classrooms , labs are not well maintained.
We don't get a holiday on Saturday ..that makes us so tired making up n down everyday .

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose botany hons as I like this subject as well as I feel it has good scope in future in teaching. Faculty members are almost good . In my class there are 40 students . Though I don't know the qualification of all faculty members but most of them I know have complete their PHD , their teaching method is pretty nice. It took a whole month for exams..and i must say it's not that easy to pass .

Class Size : 40Course Fees : INR 15000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

My course fees was 15000 per year. And including all the things like travelling fare , food stuffs, study or stationery materials etc ..it ultimately costs me 20000 or more I guess. Yet now I have not get any job , scholarship or stipend as right now I'm in ist sem.

Campus Life :

Yet now ..only freshers has been arranged for us ..but I didn't like that ..we even didn't get a chance to celebrate it in the auditorium. We had to make it all in a room unfortunately. And I didn't attend that freshers. Books availability is not pretty much good as most of the books which are needed are not there in the library ..or very less numerous on account with the number of students present. Classrooms are not well in condition , they are really needed to be maintained well . New building has not yet open and so infrastructure is not to be liked . Not interested in sports so can't say anything about sports activities

Admission :

I gave an entrance exam CUET-UG. I got the application form from CUET.samarth.in Application fee was 1400 Rs. I don't remember the exact date of application now..but it started in the month of December probably. I don't feel there is any need of improvement in admission process ..everything is good.

Gargi college university of delhi review

Placement Experience:

In DU you can get placement but for only bcom. There is negligible placement opportunities for the students of science background. But after completing the degree you can go for research and teaching feild and other competitive exams.

I like my college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am a botany student in my view the course is very nice although sometimes seems to be boring but we can relate to our environment and know more about plant world.like we can identify what plant is this how we can grow it the suitable climate and region for it. One can also become a scientist my knowing the nomenclature and naming a plant.

Placements here are just awesome as they offer an average package of about 7-10 lpa but here most of the roles are slightly bent over the analyst role which means that more analyst roles are offered than others.

In the 3rd year students become eligible for campus placements . There are around 100 companies that visit to recruit students from the college . Few of them are Wipro , Taj group , Mother dairy , Deloitte , ITC , Cars 24 , Accenture etc .
