The support of faculty members was great , they do not force you to attend every class if you are doing something extra like GATE.
The campus life is good you can roam around in the campus .

No wifi in hostels , maybe installed by 2030 or 2050 I don't know.
Preference of girls candidate over boys in campus placement, but that has nothing to do with college , it all depends on companies.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I personally wanted to pursue my b tech in chemical engineering because I was fascinated by the chemical engineering work particularly the process designing part where I can learn and make sustainable development. The faculty members here are highly qualified each one of them has done their post graduation from reputed IITs and the quality of teaching is very good. The term exams were held regularly on proper intervals , there were 2 mid semester exams and 1 end semester exams.

Class Size : 105Course Fees : INR 14500 per year

Placement Experience :

Placement in core branches like electrical mechanical mining and metallurgy is phenomenal almost every student is placed (eligible ones). This college is a boon for girls , they don't have to do anything here they have to just come take admission enjoy and get placed for 7 to 12 lpa job and that's it . But boys has to do a little hard work . The highest package was 52 lpa by deshaw and lowest was obviously TCS ninja , the average was between 6 to 7 lpa.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is one of the best in the country, a minimal amount of 15000 is what you pay per year (7000 for girls), there is no fee hike during my time, there are several scholarship provided during the course and also some of them were provided laptops for free. Like anant pryas scholarship.

Campus Life :

The campus is well over 450 acres with natural greenery and Damodar river flowing near the college , there are approximately 50 hostels provided for every student and there is a central library, an auditorium and Nescafe and cafeteria inside the college .there are several clubs like sports arts model and some ngo like prayas India and NSS is also there.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostels are provided to each and every student, From 1st year to final year , to mtech and pg students also. The mess is average here the menu is not fixed but you won't get milk and egg here daily, but there is non veg 5 days in a week. Hostel is registered once your admission is done.

Hostel Fee : INR 9000 per year

Admission :

The admission is done through JEE mains exam , and the jceceb counseling. Common merit list is prepared based on your jee mains rank and then 3 rounds are done and one spot round is done through which one can take admission. The min. Cutoff is 85 percentile in jee mains for production branch. One more thing jharkhand state domicile is compulsory for getting admission in this college.

Good but not up to the level that college shows.

Placement Experience:

7th semester students become eligible for campus placements . There are many companies visited like accenture - 300000, cognizant- 250000, wipro- 300000, tcs- 200000 Accenture - 300000 per annum. 20 % of students getting placements in the class size of 120. My palns after getting a degree is to become a web developer, frontend.

This year's placement was almost 95%, which is quite good. The top recruiters are JSW, Vedanta, Tata Motors and many more. Most students are places in JSW with a 9.6 LPA. The highest package this year was something around 14 LPA. And average was almost 9.6 LPA.

Placement Experience:

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year one can go for placements, they are eligible. Campus placements do happen. Infosys, tcs, wipro, and many more companies visit here and hire the most skilled engineers. The percentage is obviously really good. A minimum of 80% of the students get placed in good-paying jobs.
