Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose btech because of my interest. There are good faculties as I thought about this college and course. There are almost 100 student in core branch and about 70 in IT sector. Teachers are Highly qualified some of them qualified phds also.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 20000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There are some good companies visited to our college for jobs and internships with stipend like tata steel, jsw, vedanta, itc, tcs, and some more tech companies. There is some project which helps us for our future experience.

Placement Experience :

From 7th semester student can give the interview for campus placement. There are many companies like tata steel, vedanta, itc, etc are visited in our campus. There are certain criteria for companies including which the cgpa matters. Approx 8.5 cgpa have to score. My plans is to get a decent placement by our college.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fee for this college is affordable to almost everyone. There are some scholarship like ekalyan and some private scholarships like ffe, reliance . I not get any type of job till now but there are job opportunity.

Campus Life :

There is not certain about annual fest but there is tech fest conducted by tech clubs. The duration of tech fest is about 10 days. There are 2 library one is generally for nobels and one is for academic related of different writer.

Hostel Facilities :

For first year there are 4 student in a single room one bed, one table and one chair is provided for each student. Meal quality is good enough for us. We have to payment hostel charge online and submit one xerox to hostel warden.

Hostel Fee : INR 9500 per year

Admission :

You have to qualify jee main exam. Application form is provide by our Institute. Application fee is ?500 for that and application date is during jossa Councilling. Cut off for SC and ST is low as compared to general and academic fee for SC and SC is also low as compared to general.

Campus placement is decent in lower branches but quite impressive in higher branches..like in higher branches like Cse or ece we have avg around 16 to 18 lakh ann in lower it's around 9 to 10 lakh which is quite good

Placement Experience:

The placements are declining day by day. In 2022 the average package was around 14lpa and highest was 56lpa but after that it has decreased significantly. Percentage of students have also declined . In ECE around 80% students get placed with an average package of 11lpa . Companies like Nvidia do visit the campus.

B.I.T My Home town

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college is good. Approx. every student is placed. The average placement is 6 lakh. The students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement. The company visited are Tata steel, Vedanta, JSW, Tata Power, Tata Long Products, Deloitte, Sclumbereg, Amazon, Samsung, CISCO, Akash, Fiitjee, Byjus, etc. many big companies. In every company there are 5 to 6 students are placed. The placement package of Tata steel is 10 lakh, amazon is 44 lakh, etc. The percentage of students getting placements is 85 %. I want to go for teaching in Akash or Byjus, etc.

NIT JAMSHEDPUR what you learn and what you experience

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement from the 3rd semester, many students got PPO offers and almost all big companies visited and there were 2-3 offers on everyone and there is 100% placement and the highest package was 35 LPA by Microsoft and the lowest was 3-4 LPA by mass recruiters like tcs and Infosys. Everyone used to work after getting placed.

An average stundet of cs

Placement Experience:

After the completion of 3 rd years, students are eligible for placement. About 10 companies came when I was there and they don't have soo many offers. The highest package of 10 lakh waa given to our best student in computer science the average package was 5-6 lakh that's the average package of most colleges here it is the same. The placements of students were quite average about 70 % cause most of the students get diverted. I planned to go in some other field apart from engineering.
