Placement is good . Core placement is also good.And its increasing.
fees is very low . The return value for money is excellent.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose mechanical because i am interested in aerospace study. there are more than 40 faculty member in college for each branch . Faculty arer well qualified mtech and phd. Exams are moderate and easy to pass.

Class Size : 108Course Fees : INR 60000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Core companies such as Tata steel ,Vedanta,JSW,Jindal steel,ITC etc and many more, Tech company such as Delloite ,capgemini, amazon,samsung ,google etc. Tech company offer the role of software engineer ,data analyst etc.

Placement Experience :

Placement is good . Almost every stundts get placed. Students get internship from their second year. Tata jsw capgemini delloite and many more visited our college. Avg package is about 7 lpa. More than 95%studenst get placed.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees is very low only mess affect the fees. Students get scholarship such as ekalyan ffe siemens Reliance and NSP. Girls have not to pay tuittion fees.Students with low familly income get tuition fee waiver .

Campus Life :

Techfest and cultural fest occurs in which first year students participates majorly. There is central library. common ground is present. there are many club in the college which organises many events.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel rooms are good with tables folding and fan. Mess food is good. Mess is private. hostel is alloted based on the branch. Locality is good and easy to afford rent house. Hostel fees is very low and can be afford.

Hostel Fee : INR 10000 per year

Admission :

admission through jee main cut off. counselling is done through jcece councelling. seats for st cs obcs and pwd is reserved. Admission is done on the basis of jee main so quality of students increases.

Placement Experience:

The placements are declining day by day. In 2022 the average package was around 14lpa and highest was 56lpa but after that it has decreased significantly. Percentage of students have also declined . In ECE around 80% students get placed with an average package of 11lpa . Companies like Nvidia do visit the campus.

B.I.T My Home town

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college is good. Approx. every student is placed. The average placement is 6 lakh. The students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement. The company visited are Tata steel, Vedanta, JSW, Tata Power, Tata Long Products, Deloitte, Sclumbereg, Amazon, Samsung, CISCO, Akash, Fiitjee, Byjus, etc. many big companies. In every company there are 5 to 6 students are placed. The placement package of Tata steel is 10 lakh, amazon is 44 lakh, etc. The percentage of students getting placements is 85 %. I want to go for teaching in Akash or Byjus, etc.

NIT JAMSHEDPUR what you learn and what you experience

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement from the 3rd semester, many students got PPO offers and almost all big companies visited and there were 2-3 offers on everyone and there is 100% placement and the highest package was 35 LPA by Microsoft and the lowest was 3-4 LPA by mass recruiters like tcs and Infosys. Everyone used to work after getting placed.

An average stundet of cs

Placement Experience:

After the completion of 3 rd years, students are eligible for placement. About 10 companies came when I was there and they don't have soo many offers. The highest package of 10 lakh waa given to our best student in computer science the average package was 5-6 lakh that's the average package of most colleges here it is the same. The placements of students were quite average about 70 % cause most of the students get diverted. I planned to go in some other field apart from engineering.
