Campus view and library facilities are the things I like .
Hostel and mess services are also very good

There is more distance to be covered by foot.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because of my interest in this line. Faculty members are also very good . There behaviour is also very good .Almost all the facilities are done their PhD in respective lines.Every month there are msts and end term exam is in 4 months

Class Size : 80Course Fees : INR 145500 per year

Internships Opportunities :

I take my admission this year in cu. So I will get the internships form the June 2024. But there are many companies visit for the internship drives and the stipend provided by them is 20 to 25 thousand per month depending on location.

Placement Experience :

In mba after the 2nd semester the student become eligible for the placements. There are almost 900 companies who visited the cu for the placements drives . The highest package is 20 to 22 lpa. And the average package is 5 lpa. 70% students can get the placements.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship test is to be given .and scholarship can be based on the marks in the cucet test . Cucet test can be given online or offline from their office.if a candidate is unable to get marks in cucet test minimum 10% of scholarship is given .

Campus Life :

Freshers of the cu is in November. Known as prabanndh party. It is the best party that I attended. The library of cu has almost 20 to 25 books per subject . And their are many journals that are available in the library

Hostel Facilities :

Bed ,almirah, study table , wifi and ac facility are given in the hostel room . The mess also provides the good quality meal and three times a day. To avail a hostel fees of the hostel should be deposited at the time of the admission.

Hostel Fee : INR 138600 per year

Admission :

To take Admission in Chandigarh University is very easy. As there is no such entrance test to take the admission.firsly, need to give the cucet test. It is the scholarship test . You can get the application form online on the site of cu. Also , the fee structure and the important dates regarding the course is also on the site of cu. I can not opted for any reservations benefit. No, improvement is needed in admission process as it is not tough.

After completing the half course or in 3rd semester of MBA students get placement, companies like MRF, Jio BP, HDFC , ICICI, Tata , tech Mahindra, and lot more are visited and the minimum package is 400000, the average package is 8 to 10 lpa and maximum is 35 pla, Almost 90 percent students are placed from campus

MBA (Marketing and HR) from Chandigarh University Review in Short

Placement Experience:

Talking about the placements they offer majorly in Marketing and HR. That doesn't mean other specializations are not good but as compared to Marketing and HR they have fewer campus placement opportunities. The average package is around 3.5 LPA and the highest offered is 32 LPA. The highest package that students secure was 13 lpa offered by Federal Bank. Other than this some companies also offers around 7 LPA like Burger Pints and Asian Paints.

I opt for MBA in chandigarh university for various reasons. One of the main reason is this that curriculum is highly updated with the current trend. That's the main reason As I mention above curriculum is highly updated . The only problem is this . That they can involve more practical aspect so that we can relate more with the real world . Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is good only. Like I'm doing MBA, on first year we studied all the subjects - finance, marketing, HR, supply chain, everything. There were subjects that weren't that good and most students found them to be irrelevant one such subject was management lessons from ancient India.

If they are not able to provide me placement, then i do apply for off campus placements and rapidly try to get healthy job and i have some connections so, i try to get referal from them That is my plan if unfortunately i didn't get placement.

Honest Review of Chandigarh University

Placement Experience:

The students can become eligible for campus placements from the third semester The companies visited here are Times of India, BNY Mellon, Swiggy, ABFRL. The highest package offered by the companies are of 10 lakhs and minimum of 5 lakhs and profiles offered are of management trainee,HR executive,Campus ambassdar The percentage of students getting placement is 90% My plan is to get a job as a Business Analyst at the associate level in the Big 4 consulting firms

A life changing experience

Remarks:

UBS is a good college but not extraordinary. If you are willing to put your best effort them this is for you and if you are thinking that you are going to depend on your professors then don't come here. It's not par with IIM ofcourse, discussion of case studies will always depend upon the professor you got. Don't expect much. Good ROI definitely. So if you are happy with an average placement and don't want to take too much stress then this college is for you. But I'm repeating don't left IIM for UBS if it's not necessary.
